We checked in over Memorial Day weekend. Much to our surprise our room was very clean and had a full size kitchen. The staff were very nice and people staying there wer very friendly. I even left my towels out to dry over night and they were okay. They have a great patio. I had to print out my boarding...

I think some of the negative reviews for this place are from people expecting Hilton-style accommodations. This place is certainly not fancy, but is clean, affordable, has a full kitchen in every unit, and is run by some of the nicest people I have ever met. The owner, Angela, and her entire staff truly care about your vacation experience and...

My husband and I spent 10 days in unit 302. We had asked for a 1st floor unit. The furniture was outdated, uncomfortable, or broken. Dusty plastic plant, broken lamp, rusted coffe pot, broken up salad bowl. Washer and dryer next to unit going on from 7am to 10:30 pm. Noisy air conditionner. Noisy seniors that claim they have been...

A last minute cancellation had us in need of a monthly rental quick. The only available at the time was the Summerland Suites. Sight unseen, we booked it based only on tripadvisor reviews. The hotel was exactly as described, clean, safe with very "hands-on" owners. Angela and her staff could not do enough for us. No matter what our request;...

Summerland suites is a Nice typical American style small hotel with 3 swimming Pools and clean spacious rooms with fridge, microwave and kitchenette. It is located within walking distance from the beach and boulevard with a lot of restaurants and bars. Great value for money!

My husband and I stayed 1 night at this property, before driving to Miami to go on a cruse. What I liked about this motel was that ALL the reviews were that it was a very clean place to stay. And that it was. I had to move the night stand out to plug in a charger, and it was...

We were looking for a place to stay for Memorial weekend. Everything around was at least $50 more... They have 4 properties that connect on the inside. You can use 4 different pools. They have bbq grills with utensils available. The room had a little kitchen with full size fridge and stove with oven. When we opened the door, we...

We've stayed at the connected properties (Napoli Belmar and Birch Patio) and its consistent. Clean, reasonable, and pleasant. We don't want a high rise hotel, we much prefer pulling up and parking within steps of our room. Its a block to the beach and block to restaurants etc.. I love AM walks along beach watching the sun rise (followed by...

When I opened the front door to our room, my first impression was Wow! It has a fully-equipped kitchen and it's basically a miniature apartment. There's plenty of space and it was super clean. I met the cleaning lady today and she was amazing. She offered to bring extra towels and even gave me shampoo and conditioner that they normally...
