We had a layover prior to a cruise on a rainy monday morning. Lobby very nice, staff great and accommodating. Ordered 2 double bloody marys. $31. Nough said. Great access to the Port, but not much else.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I am happy you found our staff to be accommodating – customer service is certainly a top priority for our team! And thank you for enjoying our lounge prior to your cruise, a Bloody Mary is one of our signature drinks and a standard (not double) would cost $10....

We stayed at the Renaissance for a convention and enjoyed every minute of our stay. They were very accommodating to our extra requests which being four women were quite a few. The staff were friendly and the fruit infused waters placed around the hotel were a welcome sight when returning to our room from the convention. The location is placed...

Very disappointing for such a high end hotel... No bath robes in the room, no mini bar : really, so no way of getting water bottle ? , windows very dirty and the hotel lights were out so it was very hard to found it after 6.30 pm will not recommend ..

It took about 20 minutes to check in. Room service breakfast came 45 minutes late and the food wasn't good. I sometimes had to wait over 1 minute for the front desk to answer the phone. When we got to the room there was no TV remote, but we found it under the bed when we were packing to check...

Just enjoyed another good stay here at the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port Hotel. The location is perfect for a pre-cruise stay. The hotel has recently completed redoing their rooms, which are spacious and very comfortable, with beds that one just melts into... There are two highly recommended restaurants right across the parking lot (Seafood and Italian), and a Walgreens...

i was a guest for Friday and Saturday night. What a dissappointment. Very poorly managed hotel. The lounge is closed on weekends but the hotel is 100% full. Not nice. There is no restaurant at night. Food service is in the bar with very limited seating and only 1 server. It took forever to order and haing our plates removed...

Thank you for staying with us last weekend. I do apologize for the lack in service that you experienced in several areas of our hotel. With regards to the Concierge Lounge, although it does close on weekends in most Renaissance Hotels, we do offer a complimentary buffet breakfast on both Saturdays and Sundays. I appreciate your feedback and will follow...

My wife and I stayed three nights for the boat show. Good location, across from the convention center. Our room on the 10th floor was newly remodeled and very nicely done. Beds in particular are extremely comfortable. The toilet needed adjustment as the flapper often doesn't close so it runs. Also, the decorative box that the coffee and tea is...

Stayed here for one night prior to our cruise, but would stay again even if not going to leave from port Everglades which is quite close. Convenient taxi ride from airport, they have an excellent shuttle service for $6 per person to cruise port. Most important, excellent service at this hotel. Everyone was friendly, but the porters/bellhop are the kindest...

My son and I are staying here right now! We are here because he is a new and enrolled student to the Art Institute of Ft Lauderdale! I am so happy I made this choice! Not only because the Art Institute is directly behind the hotel-- but because the staff is excellent! From the moment we came we were greeted...
