Very old hotel. Renovated but not the bathroom also. Broken tiles very okay facility. No staff was there if we needed something. The bed was very nice and the pillows also. Nice touch the free morning coffee. It's in nice place to have for base and you could go lot at the area. I would recommend it .

Disappointed compared to last year. Will try a different North Beach Village property, since most are really excellent. Staff here try very hard to make it pleasant especially Chhiuen, Alex, and Ray. Percy and Juan to a good job with the room. Major complaint is that WiFi is terrible, which staff here really can't control. It is great to see...

Okay... this place has a lot of charm, lovely setting, well kept grounds, inviting pool etc. however I have a few issues with the North Beach Village Resort method of operating their places. Have stayed at the Lush Royale nearby and encountered some the same problems and it seems nothing has changed. 1) check in, no one around and they...

The highlight of the property for us was the staff. They were awesome (otherwise this would be a two rating), though (for our stay) seem to work at another location and come by when called. As for the room, I am not a mobile device guy, so we did not have a phone or radio en suite. I wasn't a...

No room phone, no room clock. flies of some kind in room and bathroom. Couldn't sleep because of this. Told coffee 7-llam, each morning had to wait for its arrival. Grand Palm Plaza looked old...

I also concur with GNGator's review of 5 November 2015. Great location, close to Ft Lauderdale Beach. Rooms had a basic make-over, finalized with an Ikea shopping trip (I have the same chest of drawers at home). It makes for a comfortable all-male stay. I liked the size of the outdoor common space in front of the rooms - main...

We were both a little nervous being our first ever visit. Proved to be totally unfounded as the place was a little corner of paradise. Being part of the North Beach Resort, you were close to the sea and really nice beaches too. Lovely welcome upon arrival and our first corner room ( 701 ) was great. Spacious, comfortable with...

I could not agree more with the review provided by GNGator. The place was fine yet basic (think Ikea furniture....). The staff was very friendly. Overall the place was clean but don't expect high end accommodations or amenities. I had to wait over 15 minutes to check in due to the fact that the staff had to be transported from...

Nice rooms, pool and garden. Hotel doesn't provide breakfast anymore but it was provided at one of their other properties, The Village Cafe. Food was great there. Just a few blocks from the beach so a good location.

Grand Palm is close to Ft Lauderdale Beach and a comfortable stay for the all male resort choice. This small property has been updated with modern rooms and clean surroundings. It lacks amenities and service staff, but can meet basic needs of a room in the North Village area of Ft Lauderdale Beach. Staff is shared with sister properties, so...
