Come in and find out! Heartwarming staff/volunteers, wonderful atmosphere, clean rooms, a place to feel like home, :) Especially, if you like magic gardens, with a lot cozy places to hang out. PS: Good starting/finishing point when flying to/from Miami!!!!!!!

I have stayed in many hostels, mostly in Asia en India, therefore I had no doubt, what so ever, about booking a hostel in the US. Never ever, in any hostel (or hotel/motel) I have stayed in, did I have to pay $150 upfront with my reservation through the internet. The pictures looked very nice, the reviews were more than...

Hello Nellas, Sorry it has taken a while to respond to your review. As soon as we received it maintenance took the pictures and found them most helpful, they thank you for them. Yes, I did spend time with the volunteers, Your review says Sep 18, 2012- the time my father passed away. No excuse for not being fully present...

I was in this hostel during 1 mouth and it was probably the best moment of my trip. The garden is an amazing place, it is perfect to relax and enjoy the nature. In addition the garden is always improved by the owner and some volunteers. There is also a kitchen available with everything you need in it. Sometimes there...

The Hostel is like a paradise hidden behind the walls at the crossing of two streets. The people are real nice and relaxed and they have a wonderful garden with all kinds of chairs, hammocks, swings, a waterfall and a little creek to cool off in. At night all kinds of light and candles are lit what makes it a...

We recently stayed in the Nenby Small self contained accommodation at this Hostel. The room was great and perfect for our needs for a week. The room is nicely appointed and the small kitchen area gives you the ability to prepare some of your own meals. The gorgeous freshwater pool was made available to us exclusively and we also had...

I did not stay at the hostel but rented a couple of canoes($30 each/day) for the Nine Mile Pond canoe trail within the Everglades National Park. Both the canoes had to be transported on the roof of one SUV and the owner Owhnn is an expert at this. We "double-stacked" the canoes and Owhnn supervised it and did a QA...

Stayed there for two times one night as an overnight stay on the way to and from the Keys. The beds were fine and there was enough room on the floor to the luggage. The kitchen was good but the breakfast was only pancakes made of pancake mix. The atmosphere was nice and the place is close to some fast...

We are happy that we chose the Everglades Int Hostel for two stays in a dorm. People who connive at the overall cleanness will find a hostel full of positive energy, friendly staff and helpful volunteers, a huge garden with many seating-accommodations as well as a freshwater pool (with waterfall) and atmospheric lights of all colours. A supermarket is right...

We stayed with our family of 4 in the library room. Things are very laid back at this hotel - our reservation was messed up when we arrived, but the owner switched us to another similar room and we got our money back, so I was happy in the end. The grounds are charming - my son spent all his...

I visited everglades in Jan 2012. Unfortunately I didn't know about this place before booking the hotel. When I reached the hostel to book for our day tour I was amazed. This place not only has various options for people from all walks of life - from travelers needing to crash for the night to booking the rooms and clean...
