Cookies and lemonade on arrival and a scrumptious breakfast before we left, a beautiful historic building in a great location -- an ideal B&B. Be sure to make time to explore the area, which is right around the corner, an eight-block historic street with many lovely sights and shops.

I called and made my reservations with Byron, who made the transaction quick and simple. When we arrived we were quickly greeted on the front porch. We went inside and Byron reviewed several dining options with us. The room was gorgeous, exactly what I think of when I think about a beautiful bed and breakfast. The next morning breakfast was...

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable; breakfast was very good. Inn keeper was very helpful in giving us some tips on where we could go and what to see. Also found that the Innkeeper was from the same area we were from and met several people at breakfast from up north as well.

We are an Australia couple travelling through the southern states of the US and we really enjoyed our stay and the wonderful people we met over the breakfast table and evening drinks. It is in easy walking distance to the town. We stayed in Hearthstone House next door that has no reception rooms, poor wifi and less tea, coffee facilities which...

I have been to lots of hotels and this is my first stay at a bed&breakfast. I am a pain as a customer. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. Access to facilities was more than helpful and the grounds seemed well kept. The breakfast was outstanding. It was simple and delicious. I would recommend to anyone this place...

Williams House at Amelia Island is the best B&B we have enjoyed in many, many years of B&B experiences, The room was large and completely outfitted to meet our needs. The bath room was luxurious down to the jacuzzi tub and fluffy towels and robes. Byron ensured that my golf experience was at the right course and helped me make...

I have been visiting Amelia Island for 27 years and this was my first stay at the Williams House. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. From the moment you step foot on the property, which is maintained quite well, you are treated as a welcome member of their family. It is walking distance to the downtown shops and a short...

I had my wedding there last Nov and it was perfect! Besides the wonderful hospitality and service Deborah and Byron gave us their venue was the picture perfect setting for my "old Florida" "vintage garden" themed wedding...looking back on all the pics and video the Williams house decor and landscaping made all the difference in the world. I can't thank...

My daughter and I stayed five nights in the beautiful Williams House. We are from Minnesota and wanted sun, warmth and relaxation, which we got on Amelia Island. Deborah and Byron were wonderful and available for questions, suggestions regarding dining, recreation and the island in general. Every evening from 5-6pm, they had wine and horsd'oeuvres-what a way to start our...

The stay at the Williams house far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and I wanted to surprise her. I shared with Deborah what I wanted to do and she took care of every detail and went above and beyond with the arrangements. The smugglers cove is such a great room and a relaxing atmosphere...
