Last Thursday we arrived at the Addison house. We had stayed here in 2012 and remembered what a lovely time we had then. We stayed in room 1 which has a beautiful and very comfortable four poster king bed and a large bath and a fireplace. The rooms are decorated with charm and warmth. The breakfasts were all diverse and...

We stayed at the Addison on Amelia Island for two nights. The intentions were to explore the town and its cute little stores. We got to take the Island cruise which was very informative on Friday and dinner on the dock. Saturday was really cold and windy, so we stayed in all day until dinner. The Bed & Breakfast was...

My wife and I have just returned from a weekend at the Addison. We were greeted by Lee when we checked in who took us to Room 3, showed us the accommodations which were superb, the fireplace, the huge balcony, all in the original 1876 home. We had just gotten settled when it was time to go onto the porch...

We were on our way to our home rental in Kissimmee from Connecticut and my husband surprised me with a two night stay at The Addison for my birthday. What a delightful surprise! Room 7 was big and spacious with a very comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. The delicious breakfast and wine/beer social hour on the large back porch allowed...

We just ended our four day stay at the Addison and can't say enough good things about the property and the staff. Bob and Shannon are attentive to the needs of their guests. Bob is a wonderful host at happy hour and makes everyone feel welcomed. Located in the heart of town, it was close to the greatest restaurants and...

The Inn was beautiful- nicely appointed, spotless, and with lots of amenities. For example, a small fridge in the dining room was stocked 24/7 with water, sodas, etc. Also there were cookies and tea and coffee. The breakfasts were spectacular and the 5 pm wine and beer happy hour was a great treat. The Inn property encloses a center courtyard...

My wife and I were looking for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary, decided rather quickly on the Addison on Amelia - we were very glad we did. It is well maintained, everyone was as helpful as possible, room #12 was nice size and comfortable, we liked the special wall A/C that kept the room exactly how we wanted...

Perfect place to stay on Amelia Island, FL! Very close to the main restaurant and shopping street. Great breakfast and nice cocktail hour with wine and beer and a few munchies available before going out to eat! Definitely would stay here again!

We have stayed at the Addison many times and it never disappoints. It's location is very close to the downtown Fernandina historic business district so all the shops, top draw restaurants, and points of interest are within easy walking distance. The inn itself is very well maintained and comfortable with a gourmet fresh breakfast served every morning between 8:00 and...

My husband and I love staying here and try to do it every year. Bob and Shannon don't forget anything. The breakfasts are hot , delicious and decadent. The beds and towels are soft and fluffy. We walk to anything on the island. Bob keeps cookies, coffee and water available all the time, helps with dinner and recreation suggestions too....
