We spent 3 nights here while visiting the Everglades & Marco Island. We could not have chosen a better place. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was nutritious and had a little more variety than typical continental breakfasts at most places we stay. The inn also had a gift shop and a pool. The...

A well kept and beautiful hotel. Pool is shallow only 3-4 feet but we still enjoyed. Ambience around pool is lovely. Stayed with young kids although most visitors seemed older without kids. Staff was very friendly, room very clean, grounds well kept. Highly recommend.

The room and hospitality were excellent. The indoor swimming pool is safe from the swarms of mosquitoes that come out at dusk. The complimentary breakfast was good and fortified us for a great tour of the adjoining Everglades.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at the Ivey House. It's like something out of a bigone era. The breakfast was great, the beds comfortable, the pool very nice, and the staff excellent. Will definitely stay again next time we visit the Everglades!

Bed was very comfortable. Room heating and cooling worked nicely. Inn was well equipped with amenities, even books to read in the laundry room. Free breakfast of eggs, fruit, cereal, toast/bagels, juices, coffee/tea. We plan to stay with them again.

This was a little pricey given the late season. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is tranquil. We only stayed in the pool area and all the rooms are off the patio around the pool. The staff is really friendly and while we already had itinerary we had planned I have no doubt (from what I...

We spend two days in the Very House in April and we can only recommend this place. We had a room for 4 (two adults two kids) which is very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is comprehensive (even for European standards)

Staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed in the cottage––absolutely charming. The lodge is very nice and breakfast buffet is plentiful. A highlight of this stay and in fact of all the travels we've ever taken was the guided kayak tour of the mangrove swamps. Can't recommend this highly enough.

My mother and I always travel on the fly and the room they had for us (the double bed and twin) were PERFECT! Sharing a bath was no problem as they made sure to keep their business pristine, and their lounges and guides were wonderful! The included breakfast was such a bonus - I figured since I am a late...
