We stayed here one night with family. The check in staff was friendly and were helpful. We asked for restaurant recommendations and they were great. The rooms are starting to look a little tired and weren’t real clean. The breakfast was excellent.
Excellent Staff, rooms clean and sanitized for Covid. Business Center up to date with PC’s and printers available for customer use. Very good complimentary breakfast. Only issue and concern were the number of people not wearing protective masks against Covid19. Hilton should make mask wearing mandatory to protect those of us who believe in science and want to stay health in these times. I recommend this hotel.
We arrived a day early and that turned out to be a blessing because we canceled our week long reservation. The entry smelled of smoke each time we passed through. The elevator was dirty and the room was awful. The beds seemed old and underneath was alarmingly dirty. The walls were scuffed and the furniture dated and worn out. The pool area looked nice and the pool was heated, but we just couldn’t get over the dirty room. I was embarrassed to ask for a different room, and unfortunately that wasn’t much better, so we canceled the rest of our stay and found a different hotel. Very unfortunate. Could be nice but needs a lot of TLC.
Rented a suite with 2 beds & a pullout for my wife & I and three older teenage kids. The beds are the smallest double beds I’ve ever seen, so one of my kids opted to sleep on the floor rather than with his sibling. The room is plenty big enough for queen beds, and the mattresses are terrible, so it was clearly just a cost-saving move. Also, the door to the hallway has a constant breeze coming around it, even when closed, which speaks to the poor quality of construction. Lastly, using the stairs require that you exit outside, so if I want to access the lobby - even from the second floor - I have to use the elevator, which takes much longer. The staff have been nice so far, and the breakfast was good, but the design & logistics of the hotel will prevent me from ever returning.
We stayed here Halloween. It was nice that there were candies out for guests. Great front desk people made it easy. They were very focused on COVID safety, but that meant the signature hot breakfast was not available. :( Kids played in the pool until about 11 and were very happy.
