Stayed one night on a trip back from Florida to Texas. Called in advance for availability. Mostly long term RVs, but they did have a few open spots for us to choose from. Great location on a lake and very few spots so it's not crowded or commercialized. Just a quaint lakeside RV park. Very clean restrooms and showers. Good...

We were here overnight on our way cross country and loved our stay. I must admit after reading some of the reviews here, I was a bit nervous as we pulled in. Lola greeted us, led us to our spot and couldn't have been nicer! The spot was lovely with a view of the lake with a flat concrete pad...

Great place for a quiet night. Friendly owners. Since last year they have improved the sites. We have a 37' fifth wheel & it fits easily. Water & electric, but they do have a dump that is easy to get to. We have been here several times.

What a nice little campground. Old, rustic, but so clean there weren't even cobwebs anywhere in the bathroom! Weird shower configuration-you have to walk through the dressing area in the front one to get to the shower in the back. Mostly long term residents with some run down units. Sites are close. We had a reservation, so were able to...

We were looking for a reasonably priced RV park as we traveled across the panhandle, and reserved a spot here based on a different review site - the previous reviews here seemed to have an agenda. Lola asked us to call her when we arrived and guided us into a back in site (40 ft class A). The sites are...

Read positive reviews and can agree only that the bath house is very clean. This is the most poorly laid out facility you can imagine. Campers are on top of each other in the back-in sites. The only pull-through is actually in the middle of the road!! The site itself is very picturesque, but the lay out is so bad...

The owner Lola is a real nagging, paranoid nazi. From the first night I arrived she was talking to me and treating me like a child, nagging and telling me what not to do in her park. I'm a full time traveler and stay in may nicer places than this, and I've never come across a more rude or spiteful...

The owner, Lola, is not a very nice lady! One time my dog ran out of my parent's camper before I could put her leash on and Lola got all over me about it. She lets her dog run all over the place and get everyone else's dogs stirred up though. That's not the worst part, by far. She pretty...

The owner, Lola, is incredibly rude and very unprofessional. We are truly shocked over the events that unfolded at Bass Haven Campground. We noticed small things right away but chose to look past them as we aren’t picky people and don’t like to cause or partake in drama. The first thing we noticed was that Lola told us that we...

Needed a place to stop as we are headed to south Florida. Saw that this RV park was on a lake, so easy choice. Greeted warmly by Lola and her son Chris. Small, but very clean little place. They only have a few spots for travelers. We got one of the pull through sites. Pull through sites do not have...
