Clean, friendly property managers, and such a fabulous location on Cocoa Beach. For the rates, this is certainly a hidden gem. I liked the look and feel of the apartments, and front patio is so welcoming for BBQ's and just sitting out to tan. Entrance to the beach is right from the front patio - convenient and lovely. Will return.

Will for sure go back!! The apartment was filled with everything you need for a home away from home! Perfect spot right on the beach and the connecting properties are awesome! Our favorite part was nights on the beach and watching the sunrises!

We booked a villa at The Marlin for 4 nights. It was a very nice and clean villa, and there were enough supplies in the kitchen to make meals for our family of 5. They supplied enough towels, and linens for the whole stay. No one ever bothered us, and we had a nice stay. The front office was kind...

Highly recommend this condo community to both young and old. Have been coming here for one to two weeks off and on since 1978. Great amenities onsite including too fresh water pools and a two minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean. Beach Equipment rental on site. Friendly Staff

We had a great time here in Oct 2015. Its right on the beach and very clean and quite. It's right next door to a resort so you can walk to the beach bar and enjoy the music and atmosphere Avoid the Cocoa beach pier, it a real tourist trap with pay parking and not much there. SDD

And that is EXACTLY why I prefer The Marlin. I have stayed there many times over many years. Even vacationed there when I was a Florida resident. It is quiet, comfortable and clean. Right on the ocean. The beach is NEVER crowded as it would be at one of the large resorts. It's vibe is more home like than resort...

we originally had rented a studio apartment for a week . when we got there we were able to upgrade to a 1 bedroom villa.. this place had all the comforts of home. a full sized kitchen . wonderfully comfortable bed.beautifully decorated. the bathroom could use some updating but was fine. steps away from the beach and yet so peaceful....

We stayed for the whole month of November and enjoyed it very much. It is perfect for an extended stay, since it does not come with hotel or resort amenities, but the location is superb and there are many restaurants within a short radius. We chose it for the full kitchen - all units have full, nicely renovated kitchens. While...

Hated it, at first it looked like a nice place but the service was beyond horrible. There was no maintenance at ALL, in 6 days I didn't see one janitor or cleaner of any kind. No one told us where we had to put the trash so we left it for the hotel in front because THEY had a cleaner...

We just spent 2 weeks in unit 332 in the Marin Condos. Such great possibilities. The unit was ideally located right on the beach. Even on the days when it rained, we could sit in the living room and watch the surf and the boats pass. The place was large and had plenty of storage. The said part is that...

“If you do stay in this complex, try to stay on the 2nd floor and in the unit that is on the southern end of the building. Unit 332 is on the northern end and it is a LONG walk from the parking lot, up the stairs to the unit when you have a lot of groceries!”
