My first time to the everglades. I am very pleased with the accommodations I made at the Chokoloskee Island Park and Marina. the staff and all the people we met there were very friendly and chock full of information of the area and the abundance of animals we would see. It is just far enough out of the beaten path...

Although the park is mostly RVs and the tent sites are sometimes used by small RVs, we really enjoyed our 4 day camping stay here. Bath house was very nice (and not crowded ever). They have a rec hall with a kitchen with stove and fridge that their few campers use. The covered pavilion/chickee overlooking the marina and water is...

What an amazing place!! We went for a long weekend holiday and plan to return very soon! Wonderful place well maintained, reasonable rates and the greatest group of people, both the locals and on staff that you will ever meet. It's "rustic" but classy and kept up quite well. We honestly hesitate to write the review ONLY because we are...

From the first call I made where I spoke with Lora, I had a good feeling about this place. Lora answered all my questions with a pleasant and easy going attitude. We rented a mobile home (#8) with 5 single beds (for our teens) and a futon for my husband and me. It was just perfect for us! We were...

There is good and bad here. Lots of fishing enthusiats! The RV lots are very, very tight. The locals and full timers are friendly enough. If you are pulling a boat this is probably the place to stay. There are many more full timers than visitors. Tents are placed right along RV's; The bay is beautiful with lots and lots of...

Chokoloskee island park is one of those places you don't ever want to change. The staff is great, the park is humble and the fishing is one of the best spots in the world. Several of the guests are seasonal and most are avid fisherman. Everyone was willing to help with advice and tips on fishing and local attractions. Because...

Beautiful resort with modern and clean facilities. Staff as helpful and curtious. Only complaint was I wish I could have stayed longer! Plenty of room for our 40ft 5th wheel plus truck. Pools and grounds are exqisite.

We stopped on our way to key west for one night. Arrived around 7:30pm. Staff left map on door. We wanted to walk with the kids 4 & 10 while the rode their big wheels at 930 only to be told by a neighbor camper it was to late for that kind of noise. That this was "seniors" here and...

Carmen was so helpful in helping us register and get settled. Spent 3 lovely nights with our 2 dogs, who also loved the accommodations.Everything was so clean and neat. Especially appreciated all electrical outlets, plenty for phones, chargers, IPads etc. Only disappointment was it was after the season and many of the restuarants were closed. We will definitely return to...

We work as kayaking guides in the winter and enjoy living at the Island Park. The location is tranquil, the facilities are great, and having a Natjonal Park for a backyard isn't shabby either. Carmen and Sonny, the on-site management are wonderful. We'll be back!

Thank Leigh L
