We were pleasantly surprised when arriving at the Moorings. The location is great as one can walk to resturants and a grocery store. The rooms are large with very nice views. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The city of Carrabelle sits quietly on the Gulf. We went to the beach which was not crowded. Overall, great experience...

This is a nice, small motel and marina. All rooms face the marina. The rooms are large and include a "kitchenette" with a long counter with a microwave, small refrigerator and sink. Great place to make coffee in the mornings with plenty of room. There is a nice sized dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was very large for...

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. We wanted to get away with our boat for our anniversary and the marina nice. We were able to bring our dog too! Room was clean. Had laminate flooring (for pets friendly room). Small town but we enjoyed our stay there and will be back. Did not try the breakfast there. We...

Sleepy little fishing town where there isn't much traffic. Nice place to stop and watch the boats from a room balcony overlooking the water. Rooms were very spacious, bed was comfortable. Rooms are clean and the grounds fairly well maintained. Price is reasonable. Breakfast better than most hotels and the director of breakfasts Alida is a wealth of travel information.

Not fancy or pretentious. Down to earth, realistic, wonderful bang for the dollar. We stated in one on the rental condo units. Really not fancy, but we keep coming back. On the waters edge if the marina In a loss in paradise town. Carrabelles claim to fame......no traffic light and the police department is licated in a phone booth. And...

I love this place for a quiet weekend away. Very clean rooms, great access to dining and the little quaint bars in the area. Nice place to just go for a weekend to rest and relax. Nice pool and great little balcoiny that overlooks the marina.

We stayed at The Moorings of Carrabelle as an overnighter on an extended road trip and loved it. A very nice way to wind down for the day, sitting on the balcony with a cold beverage watching the sun set while looking over the warf / mooring area... beautiful! The room was spacious, neat and clean, very reasonably priced, and...

My mother and I stayed here for one night in room 114. The room was clean, spacious, but dated. I woke up numerous times with something crawling on my face, thought it might be a fly. When my mother woke up in the morning she commented that bugs were keeping her up, so I decided to look in my bed...

We visit Carrabelle often, but decided to stay in that area this time. We had our dog with us, so our choices were limited. We found most rooms were around $150. But we found the Moorings for $74 a night, with $10 additional pet fee. It included free hot breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and with all...
