My husband and I stayed two nights in Cabin 1. We had a wonderful experience. Debbie made sure we were comfortable. The property is beautiful, quiet. Just what we were looking for. Loved the farm animals; my favorite is Sir DonKee. We will be back

We never had to look for management as she was always around and ready to help with anything we needed. The setting is beautiful and the goats and other animals were fun to feed and be around. The room was very clean at all times and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was eggs, muffins, oatmeal(packaged), and various...

I found the Smoakhouse Ranch on the internet seeing the comments about it being a great place for families. My daughter and I stayed at the Smoakhouse Earl Cabin for 3 nights. Next trip will be a week long stay or we could get lucky and get stranded there! We loved it and didn't want to go home. The cabin...

We stayed at the Farmhouse with another couple during a trip to go kayaking in the Ichetucknee Park. We were greeted by Debbie who took our information and showed us to the farmhouse. The house itself took us back to the 70s. It has two bedrooms: the master bedroom with bath and another bedroom with a bath just outside in...

We are a family of 5 ; our kids are 6 yr old triplets and we try to do at least 3 camping / cabin trips a year and they love it. I like the Swanee river area and so I searched for cabins in the area and came across this place. I booked it 2 months in advance for...

This is an unusual, off the beaten path place that won't disappoint. We were two couples who stayed at the "Farmhouse" for $199 plus tax. For this we got a big living room with entertainment system, a full kitchen, two good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and a sun porch that could have slept an additional three people. The...

We had the best stay... we were looking for a nice place to stay that is near Ichetucknee Springs, since the campgrounds were completely booked. So glad they were booked... as this place turned out to be something very special. The place is so nice and clean.. cute little farm animals to pet and fee.. love love this place!

two vacations in two years... loved it. Super sweet Smoak Family made us feel right at home both visits. Animals are great - kids love getting to collect the eggs and watch them interact. A new calf on our most recent visit. Ranch can be a little hard to find and is fairly remote.

Our plan was to spend a day on the Itchetuknee River. We ended up choosing to stay at the SmoakHouse Ranch bed and breakfast. It was the best decision we could have made. We stayed in cabin number 2. Plenty of room and very comfortable. We had a lot of fun feeding the animals. And the river tubing was great!...

We spent three nights over Xmas and had a fantastic time. Six of us stayed in the old farm house which was wonderfully decorated. The farm is on a quiet side road very near a number of great river attractions. We biked on day, and went on a trip down one of the nearby rivers. The hosts are wonderful people...
