The Hyatt Regency is awesome. Every amenity is phenomenal...food, service , location. Go go go as Coconut Point Mall is right across 41 from your hotel...it's a no brainer! Lots of restaurants, outdoor dining, etc there at your fingertips.

I had stayed at this property for spring breaks in 2011 and 2013 when my kids were much smaller. I did not plan on returning again because I like to try different places. However when I saw that they had added the new Lazy River and Water Park, I opted to return this year. The property as a whole is...

We stayed here 2 nights using points. The resort is very lively, lovely grounds. The pools are fantastic. The self parking is pretty good, usually can find a spot, provided there isn't a wedding going on. I stayed here almost 10 years ago, and remember the rooms being brighter , but now they are dark brown earth décor. As with...

We spent 2 nights here then drove 2 hours to the Hyatt Regency in Clearwater. This combination made for a great Easter vacation for myself, wife and 2 daughters (5 & 8). The property is beautiful and very well maintained. I'm not sure how old it is, but it appears new. My children had a great time on the water...

We went for our 15th Anniversary- the girl checking me in was rude and highly unwelcoming. The waitress at the bar was was unfriendly and inept. The pricey room service was incorrect and the pools that they love to brag about were locked down by 5:56 PM in South Florida, where it does not even begin to get dark until...

A little too expensive. $700 for 2 nights on a nurse's salary, it's a bit much. The staff was fantastic! So helpful and considerate. They are well trained. The food and drinks are a little high priced for a family.

I have been eyeing this property for a while. Hyatt is my favorite hotel brand, and I love that this hotel is well reviewed and is only a category 4 hotel so my family went down for a short Spring Break trip. This is not a mega resort with thousands of rooms, It has a both boutique feel and also...

Enjoyed the hotel immensely, very nice facility with beautiful grounds and loved the board walk to the island. There is no beach access but there is a boat that takes you to a small island/beach. You have to sign up for it which prevents a quick spontaneous trip if you are there for a work trip like I was. Otherwise...
