bad business I went to check in and the manager keep my money and I was never there , not good for family people to go there to stay ,rooms are nasty ,they hired people that are sick,Disrespectful, also lots of sick people stay there
I stayed here 1 night to break up a long drive. I made the reservation online only a couple of hours before I planned to get there. It is located right off the highway, which is very convenient, but that is the only good thing I can say. I arrived around 10:30p and there were people “hanging out” at the front desk talking to the employee so I waited a few minutes in my car before going in. After waiting 15 min, I decided to go in as I was exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. The people “hanging out” said bye to their friend when I walked in. The employee wasn’t wearing a mask even though the sign at the desk & in the door says masks mandatory. The lobby was so shady and sketchy. He gave me a room card & I went up to my room. The whole hotel reeked of pot & cigarettes. Came across a scary looking woman as I got off the elevator. I went to my room, opened the door and there were dirty socks on the floor, a suitcase on the bed and the tv was on. Guess someone is already in that room. I go back down to the lobby and tell the employee. He asked “did you actually see someone or is the room just dirty”? So he gives me a different room and when I get off the elevator on that floor, there’s a man lying on the floor in the hallway and his friend taking a video. I’m pretty sure people live there. I was seriously scared for my life and safety. If it wasn’t so late and if I thought I could get a different hotel, I would’ve ran out of there! To top it off, when I went to leave in the morning at 8:50a, I went to grab some breakfast and coffee for the road and there was nothing! The room & setup were completely closed. Reservation said breakfast included and sign said breakfast 6a-9a. There was absolutely no way I missed breakfast, it absolutely was never set up.…
Very nice hotel only a few minute walk from The domestic terminal. Update rooms with new carpet. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We took a taxi van to the international terminal for about 25$ (we were flying over seas after being in Australia for 8 months so had a lot of stuff). Within walking distance to some restaurants and cafes.
Absolutely horrible, 4th floor with dogs, had to use steps because elevator is out, floor soaking wet due to ac, bathroom door wouldnt close, dirty inside and out, trash in hallway stairs, had to use rear exit
I booked this hotel for a night because I had an event to go to at a nearby yacht club and needed a space to get ready. I also planned on drinking and did not want to have to travel an hour home. I have stayed at discount hotels before including the Motel 6 and Extended Stay Americas outside of Providence, RI so I was not expecting anything glamorous but just a place to crash for the night. The hotel is in a suspect area off of a one way street near the highway which was difficult to spot in the dark in the rain. The front parking lot was crammed tight and the back parking lot had abandoned cars sitting in a couple of spots. Upon walking in I saw that the lobby was incredibly outdated and the two computers that were available - presumably for business - were right next to the door and sandwiched an ATM. I got my key card and boarded the ancient elevator to go up to the non smoking floor. When I arrived in the room it smelled musty and had outdated furniture and bedding. I put my things down and started to iron my outfit for the event (the iron cord was affixed to the wall making the task of filling it with water a bit difficult). 5 minutes later I got a phone call from the front desk asking how the room was. I said fine and hung up. 10 minutes later I got another phone call from a man asking me if I “wanted company for the night”. Shocked and disturbed I hung up, quickly finished getting ready for my event, and left - taking all of my belongings with me. Since I was in a rush to attend my event I did not have time to address the harassing call with management but suffice it to say I was not about to go back and sleep there. As a single young female I was not about to risk my safety and stay in a place that made me incredibly uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I would not recommend this hotel for any single females or families.…
