We had a very good time at Kudrat. I loved the food, the location, the interiors, the warmth of hosts. it a warm and happy place. No regrets at all. Kids were happy too. Overall Tirthan valley is very beautiful and undoubtedly Kudrat is one of the best hotels in the area.

Banjar was our last destination in our week-long Himachal trip. We stayed in Kudrat - A Boutique Homestay. True to its name, Kudrat is tucked away from the madness of commercialization and is perched cozily atop a hill at an altitude of 6200 feet. The owners (a married couple) left their high-paying corporate jobs to pursue their passion - Kudrat is their passion project. The property spreads across a huge area. It is surrounded by towering deodar and cedar trees, and overlooks the mighty Tirth peaks. The lesser said about this place, the better it is because no words can do justice to the sheer beauty with which it has been maintained. The old-world charm of the place, the rustic decor, plush furnishings and inviting rooms conjure an almost magical world. The cooks were extraordinary; our meals served piping hot. Bhavna (one of the owners) was warm and welcoming, always accessible and attentive to our all our needs. She even arranged for a picnic lunch in the sprawling meadows of Sharchi Village (around 12 kms away from Kudrat) on our wedding anniversary

We stayed at Kudrat on this New Year’s Eve and really enjoyed the lovely home and experiencing the warmth of the staff and Sudhir.I will always carry very fond memories of this cozy place and gorgeous rooms. The food was very tasty and eating together with all the houseguests created a feeling of family. Sudhir also helped us plan a visit to nearby village and the experience was very soothing and peaceful. We would love to visit here again soon!! P.S. we love you Olly!! Miss you!

A beautiful cosy homestay where we were warmly welcomed by Sudhir and Olee. The place was really clean with the perfect decor. A dream house one wouldn't want to miss being there. On top of it the food was simple and yum with so many pickles and chutneys to accompany it with. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable :)
