The room was overpriced! The rooms are big but don't expect them as they are shown at the photos. The bed was uncomfortable. There was not a 24h reception so it was really difficult to contact with the host. The cleaning service was non existent and clean towels were not provided. Hot water is not enough for 2 people to take a bath. Generally the room was poor and the host was unfriendly.

The host was unfriendly. No one was there to solve our problems. There was not enough hot water so you had to take a bath in 10 minutes. They never cleaned the room neither towels and soaps were provided. I wouldn't recommend it. It's better to pay a little more and have a better stay.

The good things: Georgina was very helpful with information before we arrived and arranged for a taxi to wait for us when we came with the ferry. Petros Apartments is located in a quiet area. Everything in the room is new. The air condition worked. The television worked. The wifi worked 2/3 of the time. Good lighting in both the room and in the bathroom. There is a mosquitoes net in the kitchen window. There was a complimentary bottle of cold water for us in the fridge, when we arrived. The bathroom is new and functional and has a small tub (no shower curtain though). There is always hot water (you just have to turn on the water heater). Only 7 minutes walk to the center of Vathi with the harbour, a big super market, cafés and restaurants. We can recommend the restaurant The Mills which is located on the waterfront in Vathi. Every plate was so beautifully arranged and tasted wonderful. Try the blueberry salad! We can also recommend Dimitris Tsiribis restaurant which is located at the small harbour on the way to Loutsa. The view and the food is wonderful and from the center of Vathi it takes only about 20 minutes to walk there. The not so good things: The building is only finished on the ground floor. The topfloor looks like a construction site. Not a beautiful or charming place. We stayed in room number 7 which had an unfinished concrete staircase outside the window and over the balcony which made it feel like we were in a cellar. The view from the window and the balcony from the apartments on the right side is a parking lot and the view on the left side is a white wall. The rooms are only cleaned every third day. The woman who does the cleaning lives in one of the rooms and she is nice but she doesn’t speak english. No mosquitoes net in the bathroom. No shower curtain. The wifi didn’t work 1/3 of the time. Thin walls in the building so we could hear the neighbors talking and coming and going (and they could hear us). Many mosquitoes outside so we didn’t use the balcony much.

These apartments don't offer luxury but they offer a good price. The rooms were clean, beds okay, bathroom adequate. Appreciated the fridge, portable electric stove and parking is plentiful. It is situated about 600m out of town which means it is very quiet and easy walking into town. Hardly saw the staff as they only clean the rooms every three days.
