The rooms and the location are perfect at this hotel. We've been to New Haven several times and we always stay here. Walking distance to lots of different restaurants. Only downside is the lack of a good onsite restaurant and the parking is across the street.

i've stayed at several hotels in new haven over the past 18 months, and at hotels around the country every week for my work. this hotel is one of my very favorites because (1) its has very clean rooms, all with coffee maker and refrigerator; (2) complimentary coffee service starting 05:00 in lobby; (3) nightly wine/beer/cider cheese/sausage/snacks in the lobby...

Great hotel located in downtown new haven. Perfect for any quick business type of visit to new haven. Great price and comfortable bed/room. The staff were very accommodating. The parking across the street was kind of pricey.

I stayed at the New Haven Hitel with my husband as we were going to see a show at the Shubert Theater. I liked the front desk staff as they were very helpful. The room was clean and met our needs. The location was great, close to the theater, Yale and other local attractions. I would recommend this hotel.

The New Haven Hotel is an excellent hotel located only a few blocks from the Yale campus and a variety of dining options. My room and the hotel overall were very clean. During my stay there were no problems and everything lived up to my expectations.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. The staff could have explained the parking situation better, because the hotel is surrounded by parking garages. The guests of the hotel were complaining that they parked in the (wrong) garage, which was gated, and the hotel staff couldn't do anything about it.

This hotel checked all the marks, everything was good, clean and comfortable just nothing was memorable about the hotel. It's just a bit standard, but they do have some decent coffee for a hotel. I'd stay here again if in new haven for the money.

I visit New Haven frequently and usually make the New Haven Hotel my location of choice for accommodations. It is a block or two further away than the Omni and not quite as central as the Study but it is absolutely the best value in town. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff always professional. They renovated...

I stayed at this hotel because it was my last day of work at the University and our apt lease had expired. The stay was excellent. Yes I lived in the city during the time I was working at the University but I have to say, this place truly is at the heart of New Haven. It is close to...
