This hotel is quaint & very clean. Don't expect all the frills of newer hotels, but the staff at the hotel are very accommodating. The best part is that it's one half a block from Yale, so you can walk everywhere.

Greetings, Carryl. The Duncan does have cable TV, but I don't believe there is in room coffee. There is no restaurant, but there are several restaurants within a block and many more within several blocks.
