Please disregard any negative comments. Recently taken over by new management. What a wonderful place to stay. Cozy rooms, each with a fireplace. Downstairs parlor with a gas fireplace, coffee, ice and comfy couches to read the past logs entries of visitors. Wife doesn't remember who she was talking to, but she did have a short talk with some spirit...

We were going to a show at Foxwoods and decided to stay overnight. We did not realize mystic was the place to be on December 10th. Many places were sold out or very expensive. I booked the inn through travago and was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in Sarah's parlor. Max was very helpful when checking in. Our accommodations were comfortable...

What can I say....it is a really old building in a hotel parking lot that seems to be the unwanted step child. It is neglected and that is sad. It could be so much more with some repairs and attention to detail. The wine that is listed as complimentary is upon request. So, ask for it, they have it. It...

This place disappointed me so much. It has so much potential with its history and big rooms. It could be a stunning boutique if it was only cared for properly. When we arrived and collected our keys we went over to the room to find it unchecked from the previous guest - unmade bed and towels all over the floor....

Traveled with my husband to Mystic CT for a weekend getaway to celebrate our Fifth Wedding Anniversary. In my opinion, I think it should be called Manor and not Mansion because the house is very small and in no way a Mansion ! We booked the 1st Fl Woodbridge Room. Check-in is at the lobby of the Marriott Residence Inn...

This place has such character, the owners have really incorporated the old feel and kept up with the original features! It's such a unique experience to go, and to avoid the standard hotel room that every hotel has! As soon as you walk into the hotel, you have a completely different feel! You get you're own fireplace, whirlpool and the...

The "mansion" is a step back in the 18th century. We stayed in Sarah's Parlor, a room on the 1st floor. The wide plank floors look like they could be original from 1776 (with some replacements), with little to no care other than a broom or vacuum. 4-poster very comfortable bed. A welcome bottle of wine and flat-screen TV awaited...

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. We wanted to stay in a historic hotel that was close to all the sights in Mystic. It sits on the ground of the Residence Inn by Marriott and that was where we checked in. The mansion itself has a small continental breakfast set up daily, but we could get...

A night's stay at Whitehall Mansion was just what we needed to getaway. No brand standards here! Simple but luxurious feeling rooms with a fireplace and spa tub. Perfect. We greatly appreciated the Wine and Cheese and although we didn't take advantage of the Breakfast Buffet at the Residence Inn next door, it was very cool that we could have....

We originally booked this Inn as it was priced very well and close to Mohegan where we were going to see a concert. Upon check in there was a bottle of wine waiting in our room, a cheese and cracker plate in the main downstairs from our room and the front desk called to make sure everything was to our...
