When you check in you will be given a spacious, comfortable, clean room. However, before you check in, unless you really like to hike, be sure to ask for a room somewhat close to the elevator. Be sure to mention you would like a room without the view of the bus parking, delivery areas, and the giant Tanger Outlet sign....

Stayed here twice with family and friends. Have stayed at the Grand Pequot so we decided to try this hotel. The overall appearance is not as nice as the Grand Pequot. It is very nice though. The wait to check in was really long. The line seemed like it took forever. The staff were all super nice from the valet...

We had a lovely room with a great view on the 7th floor. We were there once before and had a bit of walk but this time we were very close to the elevators. It is so convenient to everything. We pre registered and it didn't take long at all and our room was ready. This was a free 2...

Of all the hotels on the resort, this one is closest to everything. The pool area seems the most family friendly and you can't beat it's closeness to restaurants and the gaming floor. It was recently updated, but the fox tower rooms are nicer and more modern.

Stayed two night at great cedar hotel. The rooms were very clean, noise was not an issue as others have stated. Check in very easy. Only down fall the great cedar pool is very small. The hotel offers many casinos and restaurants along with two other hotels the fox tower, and great pequot. Be ready to do a lot of...

Stayed at Great Cedar for my birthday and to see a concert. We had booked a regular room, but at check-in my boyfriend asked for an upgrade. The agent gave us a suite for price of regular room. She was very pleasant and friendly. The suite was huge. I felt like we needed to throw a party or something. There...

Nice to stay in the casino area. Convenient to be able to take a break from the action, or to drop off shopping purchases instead of lugging them around. Beds were super comfy and everything was in working order. Not as nice as the Grand Pequot Towers, but since the rooms were comped....it was great!

The Cedar hotel is our favorite of all the Foxwoods hotels. Check in is always fast and friendly. Housekeeping is excellent and they always acknowledge you as you walk by. The Cedar casino has all my favorite VP games and the drink service is good.

The front desk service could use improvement. When I checked in, the representative chatted the entire time with her co-worker about a guest who checked in before me. I read another comment on here where the front desk representative kept commenting how they used Expedia. I got this too and I used Hotels.com. When I said that, the clerk said,...
