Making the reservation was easy. The stay, including all we interacted with, were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The beds and heat fit us perfectly. The kitchen part was small but more than adequate for our needs. The tv options were good for the evenings. The breakfast options; eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt several options of bread were what one should expect. My only issue is that a sink was outside the bathroom which was a problem for me. With that said I would stay there again.

I did a 8 night stint here a month ago, and I enjoyed enough to book a shorter, 3-night stay last week. I went with the premium room, which includes an Keurig coffee maker and a nice tray of sweets and snacks that is replenished daily (along with a few cold beverages in the fridge).
Overall I really enjoyed my stays. As with so many hotels, there are occasional noise issues, but that's really more about the obnoxious guests than the hotel itself. I'm not sure I will spring for the premium level next time (and there will be a next time), because I'm trying to cut back on sweets and snacks!
I tried the indoor pool once, but I was underwhelmed. The exercise room is typical for a hotel, and I used it a couple of times. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I did have a difficult time trying to figure out when housekeeping would be servicing the room. I was working during the day in the room, and a well defined time period for me to vacate the room would have been helpful. I ended up guessing a lot (and usually wrong), which led to some frustration on my part.
The breakfast here is quite good, and the evening social is perfect for people like me who don't want to go out an have a big dinner in the evening. Some light food and a glass of beer or wine hits the spot, and lets me relax just a little more.
I'm definitely going to give strong consideration to this hotel whenever I'm back in the Farmington area.

Intended to submit feedback via their internal questionnaire, but it expired so I couldn't do that. Overall the staff are great and the stay is satisfactory. I would improve on the following areas: Room #1: Asked for a quiet room and I got to be next to the barking dog room, crying baby, maids vacuuming at 7pm, doors slamming and overlooking the parking lot (with alarms and barking). The bathroom sink did not drain well. Holy Bible in nightstand drawer not necessary. Cat scratched sofa, bathroom tile grout black with dirty mop water residue. Kiss marks and handprints on the living room wall picture glass. Every ceiling of every level of hotel has evidence of water leaks. Overall, the room is nice, but all the noise ruined my stay. When I complained about the noise front desk 'left a voicemail on their cell, but they are probably at work, you can move rooms if you want to", is what I was told. Room#2: Moved to a downstairs room and it was quieter, you can hear the people above walking around (lots of stomping and banging starting at 630AM until 930PM) , running the faucet and occasional banging. Here again, the bathroom sink does not drain well and AC makes a loud enough to wake me up, a buzzing sound when it cranks back on. My room had a dead fly and cobwebs in the window sill area. Hotel has mildew on some portions of the exterior that looks like it's been there awhile and the landscaping looks neglected. With a full hotel (and greatly reduced maid service), there could have been a person manning the hot breakfast station giving away hot plates of eggs/potatoes/etc every morning like at numerous other hotels I have stayed at this year. Also, when maids clean the rooms and they are in and out of the room dozens of times in an hour since the cart is left in the hallway, they let the door slam every single time. It's annoying to listen to it almost on a daily basis right outside my door. When I checked out there were zero available luggage carts and none could be located in the 30 minutes I waited, so had to load everything by hand, a first for me in any hotel. Not the hotel's fault, but I had to listen to a couple's fight one day, and almost every day I see guests in the lobby with no masks.

Our stay here was a shocking experience. We have to travel a lot for work, and we're HHonors members. We have a lot of experience with travel and hotels, and go with an upper level of hotel because we feel fresher and cleaner for work. We had one VERY bad experience at a Homewood Suites in Nashville, TN this summer, but this stay was nearly as bad.
We arrived on the night of 10/27/21, and we're booked into room 244 automatically. When we arrived, we noticed the lobby and hallway floors were unvaccumed and filthy. Litter lined the floors in the hallways, including shreds of plastic bags and other items.
Our room was disgusting. Not only was the furniture and carpeting soiled and unvaccumed, but there were stains on the furniture, the duvet covers, etc., and there were actially drops of urine on the toilet seat. Yes. Urine. We complained at the front desk. Fortunately, the night manager handled the situation well, and offered us two other rooms in place of our original, filthy suite. These were cleanER. Not clean. Merely "Cleaner". But we were exhausted and had a big job the next day, and there was no urine on the toilet seat, so we accepted the different rooms.
Within a short time, however, it became clear that the replacement rooms, 323 and 326, were nearly as grimy as 244. There was water damage in the ceiling, mold on the bathroom ceiling, the popcorn ceiling outside the air ducts was stained from unclean air blowing out of the vents. The carpets were still not vaccumed, the chairs had multiple mystery stains on them. When we pulled out a blacklight, we found suspicious droplets on the TV stand in front of the TV (I don't want to know how that happened), and we didn't even try to guess what was sprayed on the walls around out toilet under our blacklight.
We will be complaining bitterly to Hilton Corporate about the condition of this second Homewood Suites. However we thought that users have the right to know what to expect from this filthy place that's in terrible need of cleaning, maintenance, and renewal.

I was very pleased with the space of the suite, bedroom, bathroom, etc. We had a King suite on the lobby floor and it was very clean (a must for me). There were pots/pans, clean utensils, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge. It was perfect for us!

Very disappointed. This must be an older property. Unfriendly welcome. Hand sanitizer stations were all empty. Many services not yet available after COVID. You need to turn in a list for towels and amenities. BTW - there are no ice machines. The halls are musty and smell of mold. Only 2 washers & 2 dryers in a dirty laundry room for the ENTIRE property. This was not a cheap rate, but the quality is that of a cheaper hotel. Smell is so bad from smoke, our eyes were irritated. We wanted to check out but needed to be in proximity for a meeting. Our room smelled of smoke - like someone below us must be smoking. Is management clueless? Doors scratched. Carpets dirty. Hotel represents attitude of “we don’t care” - more like a Motel 6 rather than a Homewood Suites. We are loyal customers to the brand and wish we would have read reviews before booking. This property need an overhaul and NO smoking policy for the entire property.

This is the worst Hilton branded hotel I have been to. The staff does not care they follow rules that I have not seen at other hilton nor other non hilton properties. . We planned to stay ten days but left early!! We found they have a 'policy' that they do not clean rooms with guests even if asked except for every five days. They were arrogantly happy to point this as a supposedly new brand policy. Well if this is the case then no Homewood hotel is worth it. If they imply the whole Hilton set of hotels I know that isn't true. Top that with cheap wrapped pastries and cold food items for what they call breakfast and dirty hallways and good riddence. I will never return and it has damaged the Hilton brand to me someone who some years had over hald a million honors points.

we stayed fir a week's time. For almost all days the breakfast had repetitive items with very limited service. Considering Hilton service- It was not at all unto the mark. I request the management to provide the value of the bucks for the price paid for the rooms.

This was my first experience at a Homewood Suites. I can’t believe I have not done this sooner. Traveling for work for five days didn’t seem so bad when I stayed here. The suites are like staying in an apartment. There is complementary breakfast and during the week they have food, wine and beer for the guests in the main lobby. The rooms are clean. The staff is nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. Great experience all around.

I’ve encountered 4 staff members during my stay and 3 were exceptional. They were thoughtful, offered treats for my new puppy, complimented my perfume, extended my checkout by an hour when I came on short notice at a late time, and just were so pleasant. The chubbier girl at the front was not so pleasant unfortunately. I tried explaining to her Hilton.com was showing me a lower rate and she wouldn’t honor it and hung up on me and made me feel weird when I asked about the washing machines/ the food available for sale at the front.
I would give guests sponges to wash dishes with, and maybe put a mirror somewhere in the living room area. My puppy was sleeping and I felt bad to wake her up to apply my makeup for work in the bathroom area (connected to the bedroom)

Only a short distance away is an excellent new restaurant that opened recently, called Butchers & Bakers. We have dined there twice now, so the absence of a restaurant at the hotel isn't a problem. The suites have kitchens, though, so you could prepare food yourself if you prefer.
Yes we do have 2-bedroom suites. We do have a limited number of those suites available so please feel free to contact the hotel directly for availability.
