The bad news: wow I wish I had read the other reviews before I made my reservation! As others have mentioned, I needed to make use of the plunger. The toilet was running the whole time I was there. AirWick (ugh) didn't entirely mask the mildew smell. Also ugh. The whole room was dingy and dirty. The security lock in my room was broken, and all the outside doors were unlocked. There is no free breakfast, no breakfast available at all. Just a grim place to stay. If you can afford to go elsewhere, do it. This particularly applies to women traveling alone - I'm normally intrepid but this place was creepy.

Nothing remarkable but a bad smelling carpet that was semi addressed. We came in the room and notice the small of the plug in fresheners with an odd smell underneath it. It was literally the rug. Whatever effort had been made to clean the rug was not completely successfully. It wasn't terrible but just noticeable at every re-entry!

I believe the towels needs to be replaced with bigger and thicker ones. At the time of our visits, the carpets on the stairs needed some vacuuming... I think if someone made the mess, it should be cleaned right away because it doesn't look good. And last, the breakfast should be improved, there were not much to choose from... I just had coffee and one muffin.

Does Wyndham even visit properties bearing their name? We stayed one night, traveling through Connecticut. There were fresh stains on the carpet, several holes in the wall, a musky odor in room (several air fresheners were plugged into outlets, so obviously there was some kind of problem) and thin towels that must have come from the dollar store. The outside side entrance was unlocked so anyone could enter. And, no fresh coffee was offered in the morning (desk staff said they were ‘remodeling’…huh?) This is the 3rd disgusting Wyndham property we stayed in this summer (the others were in the Midwest, under the name of Baymont) so we won’t be staying in any others in the future. Truly awful.

The bathroom in our room was gross. The toilet bowl was not cleaned and the toilet seat and hinged areas of the seat were caked with dried urine. Absolutely disgusting. The room had at least 4 plug in air fresheners hiding some kind of odor. The bed sheets "appeared" to be clean however there were lumps and bumps under the sheet and when I pulled back the sheet there were several other flat sheets tucked in. Several of the bath towels were stained and dingy. The TV had only 7 channels. Their free breakfast was non-existent. Just a really shabby dirty location. Come on Wyndham....do better!

I stayed there for three days, and when I left, I was bitten by bed bugs. The hotel management has a bad attitude. I deny it, and I have the evidence to save it. The only ice machine is broken, there is no shampoo, soap, bath towels in the room。

Just about everything about my experience here was bad. When I got to the room it had a dirty feel to it where I didn't feel comfortable walking around without my socks on. Some of the towels in the bathroom were also dirty when I arrived. The front panel on one of the dressers was not attached properly and fell off when I tried to use it. The hotel advertised a light breakfast but there was no food whatsoever in the morning. On 2 separate occasions during my 3 night stay, my key card was non-functional and I had to get a new one. The internet worked fine the first night but after that I was getting warnings saying the network was not secure and eventually it stopped working all together. I will go out of my way not to stay at this hotel again if I am ever back in the area.

Let me start by saying this place is a disgrace to the #wynham name. This is more like a crack house than a hotel. When we pulled in there looks like a drug deal going on in the parking lot. The hotel is disgusting dirty. We asked for another room after we saw the 1st room which also had ONLY hot water running. The second room wasn’t any cleaner. It was pretty obvious the rooms weren’t clean. The sheets and towels were dirty and stained, the wall paper peeling. There were holes on the wall that were stuffed with toilet paper. The bathroom had pubic hair on the floors and tub. There was a used bar of soap in the tub. The room lock from the inside did not work since it had a missing part. We were booked at this place for 2 nights but left as soon as we could. This place is such garbage it should be leveled out and rebuilt. What a total dump. You are better off sleeping in your car than paying money to stay in this dump

I checked out within an hour of checking in. The room was filthy (urine on the toilet seat, long black hair on the bathroom floor, dried glob of toothpaste in sink, fingerprints all over the TV, smudges on the mirror, greasy film on the table, crumbs on the leather chair, fridge was disgusting) and the toilet overflowed after a small amount of TP was flushed. Seems like the owner has their entire family residing there.

A great night's rest here. The hotel was very quiet on a Tuesday. Low occupancy. A clean place with a new refrigerator and microwave. Friendly staff. An inconvenience was that the room had few electrical outlets, and these were in inconvenient locations.

The pool was opened when we were there last month.
Several people were enjoying it.
The breakfast area has been updated a bit.
Some of the rooms have been renovated but the process will take them time to do.
You can ask for an updated room when you book it.
There are more places to choose from in the Berlin area.
