My husband and I closed out our western road trip with a two hour trail ride at the Triple B Ranch. It was a beautiful fall afternoon and the trail provided ample views of the mountains, painted rocks, and the aspen trees. A fun and relaxing time upon gentle horses and our welcoming trail guide Kim.

My husband Billy and I took a 2 hour ride at the ranch. Best trail horses we've ridden. Kim was a great guide - very engaging and super knowledgable about horses and riding. Beautiful area for riding. Would definitely ride there again. Glynise

One of the best horseback rides we have had. The trail goes through some majestic scenery and the guide was very good. Horses all were well cared for and gentle. If you are in the colorado springs area and you are looking for horseback riding this one is much easier to reserve than some of the more popular ones.

Ranch hand was great. They treated their horses very well. All were beautiful and looked happy and not worn out. They had some lamas and goat and a foal that we could interact with. The ride itself was smooth. This is a walking trail 1 hr that we did. Wish we could of trotted in some spots but was not... More

We went for horseback riding and that was great and our guide was nice! But i will tell you the pictures on the website are misleading. Looks like it could have been a fun place at one time but hasnt been kept up. The pool was not useable. The petting zoo area was also pretty run down and consisted of... More

The Triple B Ranch web site and brochures are very misleading. The pool was green and there wasn't a weight room, breakfast area or evening meals available as described. The cottage had no supplies in the kitchen for cooking such as: dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Management was useless as they made no attempt to make our accommodation better. Water... More

We ONLY went to Triple B for horseback riding. Ron was our guide and he was great! We had a two hour ride thru beautiful mountainous / wooded areas. The horses were great for everyone in our family. This was one of the last things we did on our Woodland Park area vacation and we have all remarked that we... More

We were looking into renting and did a little local research to see what the word of mouth was on Triple B. The stuff we heard from multiple people was not good. The ranch is supposedly going into bankruptcy and there are several lawsuits from tenants. If you break your lease early you get "fined" over $1500. The stable hands... More

This review is for horseback riding. I cannot speak to the lodging however, I looked around and, while definitely rustic, the grounds are far from dilapidated. We took a 2 hour ride it was the perfect amount of ride. I definitely suggest this over the 1 hour. Horses appeared very well cared for. Mine was just a touch stubborn but,... More

If you are in the Colorado Springs area looking for a horseback ride, make the drive on out to Woodland Park and saddle up for an hour-long or 2-hour ride through the scenic Pike National Forrest. Ron has a great herd of gentle horses that will fit the first-time Greenhorn to the seasoned Trail Hand. Having grown up around horses... More
