Woodland Park is the best town to stay in if you visit the area. Hotel was good. Rooms were clean and pool/outdoor patio were awesome. Staff was a little gruff otherwise I would have given it a 5. Price was fine.

It was a nice, quaint, hotel with with a country feel. I was in town for work and stayed there. The front desk was very helpful, nice looking indoor pool and hot tub. Had a pub with nice looking menu inside the hotel but I didn't get to try it out though.

Visited Woodland Park to attend a wine fest so a hotel within walking distance of the fest was our primary objective. Also, there is a very limited number of hotels within the town. The hotel was clean and comfortable and has an on site pub/restaurant with weekend live music. We are members of several hotel reward programs, none of which...

Hotel staff ruins potential of this hotel. The hotel has a stunning view that is true. The rooms are 80's vintage, but clean. The bar staff is great in the evening. The front desk staff suffers from being too concerned about themselves and not the guests. Their attitude is that we should be grateful to stay there, NOT we are...

We arrived in Woodland Park at 1:30 PM after a two hour drive. I know check-in isn't until 3:00, but wanted to go to the hotel anyway in case the room was ready, so we could freshen up before we headed out for the rest of the afternoon. I walked up to the front desk and said I was there...

Thank you for taking time to share your experience and concerns. During our exceptionally busy time of year we often may not have rooms ready for guests until the guaranteed check-in time but it never hurts to let us know you have arrived and are ready. We hope your stay and your trip was otherwise pleasant and successful.

This hotel is very average and a little over priced for the amenities offered. We had been traveling in ou RV for a couple of weeks and very much looking forward to a nice meal that we didn't cook, a long hot shower and clean sheets. After calling the desk to have them explain their plumbing fixtures we got the...

During our summer rushes and full calendar of activities, like so many successful businesses, we may encounter wait times in the restaurant and pub. We believe a wait time is generally not remembered in light of a delightful dining experience. With our recent awards from both local health departments and the community, we proudly serve each patron. From specialty salmon,...

My husband and I have stayed at Woodland Park Country Lodge a few times, as have several other family members. I recently booked a room for two nights as we intended to be staying in Woodland Park that evening. Initially, I tried to book on line, but was prompted to call the Lodge. I made the reservation with Amanda. Not...

I sincerely regret to hear of your recent visit and your displeasure. While your primary heartfelt complaint was our cancellation policy, you surely must remember how our staff spell out this policy, which like many other procedures in the hospitality business are vital to our commitment to each and every guest. Without repeating the typical verbiage that our guest service...

We enjoyed this hotel very much. There are a lot of undesirable places to stay and this one was a pleasant surprise. We were very happy with the pool and the view. Although we didn't eat there they have an ok selections of beers to sit out on the deck to enjoy. Breakfast was minimal but sufficed.

My family and I always love staying at Country Lodge and it is extremely family friendly, boasting a swimming pool, a beautiful view of pike's peak, and groceries/food in walking distance. The beds can sometimes be uncomfortable is the only issue. However, the pros substantially outweigh the cons. Take advantage of the continental breakfast, especially on warm days when you...

Country lodge is a basic kind of local motel. The rooms are simple. There is an indoor swimming pool (which I didn't use). The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was actually pretty comprehensive, though they called it "continental." The bed was fairly old and saggy, but the TV and wifi were fine. My main...
