Found this jewel of a Bed and Breakfast in Westcliffe, Colorado when it was brought to our attention by our son who had seen it on a visit to the city. Inn keepers Mo and John Johnston have made a virtual garden paradise in the courtyard of their B&B. Friendly, thoughtful and attentive to the guests needs and comfort, they...

What a pleasant surprise! This cozy and cute B&B is located in Westcliffe - think Swiss Alps and you get the idea. From the moment John and Mo greet you, you know you are among friends. The courtyard itself is relaxing and beautiful. Lots of flowers, seating areas, ponds, and waterfalls. Each night there is self serve wine and beer,...

I was in Westcliffe this past weekend for the Ride the Rockies event. I chose the Courtyard Country Inn based off of existing Trip Advisor reviews and they couldn't have been more spot on. Everything about my experience with John and Mo was exceptional from the amazing atmosphere to the delicious, home-cooked breakfast. Thank you John and Mo for everything!

My boyfriendand I loved visiting Westcliffe for a wedding in large part due to the Courtyard Country B&B. The Inn is affordable, at a great location, the owners are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is delicious! Not to mention the complimentary 5pm happy hour. Highly recommend!

Another wonderful stay at the Courtyard Country Inn!! Cute rooms, clean, amazingly beautiful courtyard with seating and chimneas to stay outside and enjoy the setting into the evening. Absolutely fantastic breakfasts! Vino in the evening by the fire-superb. Right on the main drag for a quick walk to shops and restaurants. John and Mo are the perfect innkeepers because they...

We were able to stay at this unique bed and breakfast for one night and enjoyed the atmosphere and surprises at every corner. The inner plaza was like a life size fairy garden - many places to sit, areas for birds, pond, fireplaces, and twinkle lights. Unfortunately we were not able to take part in the much touted breakfast as...

Best of Both Worlds by BFFoxPrinceton Written Sep 6, 2014 Right on Main Street, but tucked away in an adorable garden. The friendliness of a B&B, but your own room opening off the courtyard (it was formerly a motel). John and Mo are gracious and knowledgeable hosts, and Mo's breakfasts are legendary. They provide such creature comforts as a hamper...

My wife and I decided to take a quick getaway to Westcliffe--we didn't know what to expect from the town, or from the B&B - But the Courtyard was a truly hidden gem. It surpassed all of our expectations. The rooms were nicer than they looked in the pictures. I generally am not a fan of B&Bs, because I always...

Rooms were nice, clean. Breakfasts were delicious. The managers were nice. The garden in the courtyard was very pretty; nice koi in the garden pond. They are located in a lovely pastoral valley in a small town at about 8000 feet altitude; spectacular mountain views are in the vicinity.
