We had a great stay at the Marriott Vail in Lionshead. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice cozy bar with a fireplace and the Charter Sports inside the hotel makes renting your equipment super easy! The ski valet service delivers your skis to the gondola and they store your boots at night and dry...

Had a great 8days here. Really enjoyed the steam room/hot tub combo after skiing all day. Rental shop and ski valet service was excellent. Nice and helpful staff. Great food at Avalanche Pub onsite as well.

My family spent President's weekend in Vail. Marriott was a great choice with the ski valet, the view of the mountain. Every one at the hotel was unbelievably nice and helpful! Having ski rentals on site and ski storage was a nice treat! Location in Lions Head is perfect. Great restaurants in walking distance. Only recommend for hotel (other than...

The staff at this hotel is incredible. We had a great stay with our children, and when our daughter got sick, the hotel sent us ginger ale and crackers...how thoughtful! Our rooms were spacious (King suite with connecting double) and the service was top-notch. The valet service is helpful and saved us from hauling our skis over to the gondalo...

The property itself is not bad - pool, hot tub, bar, restaurant etc. And within walking distance to the gondola. However - I am traveling alone and the room is the size of my 9th grade dorm room. I went down to the desk to ask if I could upgrade (happy to pay $) but the hotel is booked. Totally...

We were quite dissapointed to find out that there really was not much offered by the hotel when they chare 35USD per day as a resort fee - there were no dining discounts and much more! as stated on our reservation and welcome gift was a tube of lip balm and a muesli bar (these were given out for free...

Let me start off by saying that I stayed using my Marriott points because the price per night (averaging $600 per night) was quite pricey, but it is Vail and everything in that area is quite pricey. Also, the World Ski Championships were going on at the time and the hotel was fairly full. When I arrived the hotel was...

It has been a long time I don't feel like writing the downside of my experiences but this place deserves it. Starting from a snob clerk at check-in this is the place where everything that irritates a experienced traveler happens. After getting a rate as high as $720/night + taxes you'll be welcome with an extra COMPULSORY $35 per-day of...

We had a nice stay aphere although it was expensive. The staff was helpful and attentive, nice bar off the lobby and the rooms were very comfortable. We were supposed to get a mountain view room but that didn't work out. The location was very convenient and easy access to the slopes.

We stayed at the Marriott in Vail while attending a conference in Vail (headquartered at the Marriott, which was great). The staff was very pleasant and helpful with reservations for dinner and helping with maps of the area. Our room was a Mountain View Studio King located on one of the higher floors, so we had great views! The room...
