I don't even know where to begin. I stayed at this hotel for several nights this January. As my first vacation in two years, and since I had stayed at Marriotts for over 50 nights in 2016, I had very high hopes. First, I've stayed in Courtyard Marriotts that are nicer than this so called "Lodge." The decor is old...

Our family of 3 stayed on a Saturday night in December. Arriving about 6pm it was busy at check-in but not chaotic. The valet and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby was lively with live music and bar/lounge just off the main entrance. Quick check in process with helpful staff everywhere. Room was spacious, well appointed and...

Hotel rooms are clean but a bit small and dated. If I compare this hotel to The Kempinski Mall of the Emirates or Inter Continental Paris the decor, room service menu and finishings is a 3.5 star. The breakfast is extensive and excellent and of high quality. It has a ski service and shop in the hotel which is very...

Well, if you are looking for a bland Marriott in the heart of Vail, this is your place. Rooms are fine but dated - they have that Marriott feel right down to the wallpaper in the bathrooms that looks like something in my grandmother's house. Room had an odd oder to it but at least the windows open. Outdoor pool...

Stayed at the Marriott in Dec. Very nice hotel with a ski rental shop inside. Short walk to the gondola and the free city bus stops outside. Room was a little small, but the bathroom was very nice. Probably one of the better deals in Vail, since all the hotels are very expensive in Vail.

I stayed here in December (the week before Christmas) with my husband and toddler. We booked in advance and were able to stay here on points (5th night free), and were able to get a good deal using points compared to what we would have had to pay with cash. I am platinum with Marriott, and we certainly did not...

Lots of contrasts for me on this one. Take my review for what it is worth as your needs may be different but overall it was an average over-priced hotel. First the check in process was frustrating. I did arrive early but was told my room was vacant just needed to be cleaned. 2 hours later it was FINALLY clean....

Hotel is located within walking distance of Lionshead lifts and the staff will take your skis to the lift area in the morning and then return them to storage at the end of the day. Equipment rentals are within the hotel and boots can be stored inside at the end of the day. Very clean and nice facility.

Great ambiance! Fireplace in room! Wonderful views! Breakfast uber pricey so after day 1, I went to the Little Diner, a 3 min walk from hotel. Avalanche Pub great for soups, salads and sandwiches... and of course wine and beer!
