This beachfront hotel is one of the most beautiful design hotels in Pattaya.
The hotel-staff members were pleased to give us assistance with excellent service mind, especially Ms. Jubjang treating us and other families like VIPs.
In term of a hotel room, it is contemporary modern and multi-functional designs, with luxurious faucets and mixers. All water system in a room was excellent.
Other facilities are good, particularly a swimming pool, but there were a few cabanas and pool seating areas, as hotel guesses had to share with Veranda residence guesses.
Hotel restaurants are good such as the deck, skoop beach cafe, and the jetty especially the Jetty is a fabulous food and view restaurant.

Excellent hotel by all means. I am impressed by all, mostly by the kind staff, always helpful, with a big smile on their faces, and I am mostly thankful to staff at the reception for their help. Location at the beach. This part of the beach is clean with clear water there you can wade about 500 meter. The beach is a bit littered at the right side facing the road. There is a restaurant, cafeteria, pool bar, top notch rooftop bar. Next to the hotel at the left side there is an area with another bar, and ice cream shop, evening time you can sitt there and listen to live music. As a Gold member I was updated to a big room with a Seaview. That room is really charming. The pool is joy for all. Very close to the hotel many popular and well known sea food restaurants that attract thousands of Thai people every evening. Very crowded at the weekends. A good retread away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfekt for all.

Although we have been to Pattaya many times, but it was our first time at this beautiful seaside resort. It’s got everything one would normally expect - great location, polite staff, spectacular sunsets to admire, and much more.
But our stay was defined by two gracious ladies we met and who looked after us throughout our stay. Khun Joobjang was there to welcome us at check in, and escorted us to our room. Thereafter, she was there to help and guide us anytime we needed in a most professional manner. We also met Khun Dady at the Waves Bar, who was most attentive and pleasant as possible.
Hotels and resorts can have the best location but without dedicated people like Khun Joobjang and Khun Dady, they would lack character. Our sincere thanks to these two ladies!
I have one suggestion for the hotel. While it is always difficult to confront guests, but hotels need to do that in order to protect their other guests.
This resort has absolutely no discipline at the swimming pool. There are no signs requiring guests to take a shower before jumping in. And, we watched 99% of the guests just jump in without this basic courtesy to other guests.
But, even worse, I have never seen a supposedly 5 star hotel which allows guests with their normal day clothes to just jump into the pool, with no swim suit requirements. And, we saw scores of guests with shorts, tee shirts, pants, just jumping into the pool.
Is it a swimming pool or a community bath tub to clean yourself? I find it hard to believe that an international chain like Accor will permit this inconsiderate behavior. Surely, these guests need to learn basic etiquettes and Accor is not helping by accepting this behavior.
Needless to say, we stayed away from this ‘community bathtub’ given what we saw. We mentioned this issue to hotel staff but apparently they are powerless. Management support is needed to drive this behavior change of certain guests.
Hopefully we can enjoy the swimming pool along with the profession courtesy of staff such as Khun Joobjang and Khun Dady on our next visit.

I had a very nice sea view from my ocean front room but for 7000-8000 THB per night with small size room on low season it looks quite pricey for my opinion.
With this price you can go many others hotel that they can provide you a pool villa or Suite room.
Breakfast not good enough.

Avoid this hotel if you expect 5 stars standard and privacy. Pool and beach facilities are shared with hundreds of units of condo behind the hotel. At certain point we were shocked by crownded visitors around the pool and beach, it look like public beach in center of Pattaya. There is no guard checking the visitors coming from ice cream parlor next to the hotel so you end up in the mass of people at public area of the hotel. Condo behind hotel are for lower rent so level of people you mix at pool is quite... you do not pay for this.
Check in : staff did not accompany us to the room, they just hand the key as 3 stars hotel protocol not a M Gallery standard
Breakfast is shocking below 5 stars standard interm of varieties and qualities, serving artificial and low grade ice cream that nobody wants.

My stay at this gorgeous beachside hotel in Pattaya was beyond exceptional, an experience that epitomized the perfect vacation. Nestled right on the coast, this hotel affords breathtaking views of the cerulean sea and lush landscapes.
The accommodations are nothing short of plush. The rooms are elegantly furnished, replete with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The wide balcony overlooking the sea served as the perfect spot for my morning coffee and evening sundowners.
However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exemplary service. The staff went above and beyond, showing a genuine interest in ensuring that every guest's stay is pleasant and comfortable.
A special mention must be made of a staff member named Deea (or Deei), who was the epitome of grace and professionalism. Deea was always present, yet never intrusive, proving to be incredibly proficient at their job. do not recommend to stay during long public holidays when all rooms are 100% fully booked, it means super crowded! the resort itself plus the residence side are using the limited facilities like swimming pool and all dining. The breakfast each day with 3 rounds to serve are fully packed . The beach side or pool side to sit are not enough for all guests . We were in our swimming attires but have to go back to our rooms as the pool or beach area couldn't accommodate more people to use. However, I wld say all staff are really good they all are service mind , the Thai manager too sorry I cldn't see his name. The food and drinks for dinner using ACCOR member privilege were so good. Thanks for all the services.

We booked this hotel knowing very little about it and we were pleasantly surprised by how relaxing and serene the hotel is despite being just outside the seedy Pattaya.
The staff was friendly and the Sky sunset dinner totally blew us away.
The walking seafood street is also 5 minutes away on foot.
The only downside is that there wasn’t much to do for kids if you were to stay there for many days. Nonetheless, we prefer it to those hustle and bustle in Pattaya city centre. We will definitely come back.
