We went there for a night and we did not think it worth the money at all! We reserved the garden villa which is away from the main lobby, we had to drive to the villa by ourself without information on the website and the parking area is the nightmare, and it's next to the huge & noisy laundry room which staff kept the door open so we notice that they put all the towels on the floor. The room is outdated, dark, but big enough for us. The bed was very comfortable, clean, great pillows. And you may need to bring your own bath amenities as they provided only cheapest bath amenities which it has not nice smell as same as the amenities you may find in the hostel. Again after the long drive from home, you have to drive to the villa and drive to enjoy hotel facility at Alexa Beach Club as it too far to walk. Alexa Beach Club is the best place in this hotel that you could feel relax, the pool & bar are well organizied and they have a lot of choices for cocktail, beer or wine. Only a bit upset with the food as the quality doesn't match with the over price which was set by the hotel Breakfast buffet will be served at Alexa Beach Club and had limited choice of food but great. Lastly we would like to thank you for the service from all staffs, we know that it's the hard time for them at this stage. Nothing can bring us back ............

This is a run down hotel with barely enough parking. One side of the room is facing a noisy construction while the other side is facing beach party pumping bass nonstop. I can’t believe this place comes highly rated on TripAdvisor.

We booked a Pool Villa through Agoda, but hotel gave us a room in the hotel block. When queried were told we would have to pay an extra 1,700 per night for a pool villa, as the agent had only booked a room. As we had paid in advance we were not at all impressed. Who is pocketing the extra we paid for the pool villa?

Room was ok, Loud awful music and very dirty beach they need to clean the area and beaches at least twice a day and the road accross the hotel in the trees gross garbage everywhere. If they CLEANED the BEACH and land accross from the Alexia beach and got rid of the loud awful music and played nice music maybe I would recommend this place.

Would be 5 stars except for the room was a little tired and needed a repaint however it was clean and the AC worked well. The room service is good and accommodated a non menu meal I wanted. The biggest problem is the sheer volume of the music played at Alexa Beach. This alone knocked 3 points off. It goes on until 11pm. The drum and bass literally made my room shake. I paid for a deluxe Sea View room because I thought it would be relaxing. I was here for the weekend to recharge my batteries but if you wish to sleep and relax in the afternoon or evening you can forget it I'm afraid. This Alexa beach club has destroyed what was a very tranquil area. Its trying to be Ibiza and failing. I stayed down here to be away from the noise of Pattaya/Jomtien. My advice is unless you want to hear drum and bass until 11pm pounding away then this won't be the place for you. I won't be back to stay here I'm afraid.

Here's the bottom line: if you're coming for a quiet, relaxing getaway close to Bangkok, DON"T COME HERE. We stayed here a few times a few years back, when we had more time. It's been a busy few years, so when we have a few days free, we thought, let's try the Pinnacle again. We booked one of the nice private villas, which are located in a quiet and scluded area about 200 meters from the hotel and about 350 meters from the beach. Here is the problem: the Pinnacle opened a "beach club" right on their nice private beach (which used to be quiet). Now there is revolting loud dance music from about lunchtime until late at night. There is no escape. We tried walking down the beach a few hundred meters and we could still hear it. Lying in the hotel's beach area is really unpleasant. We had to watch lovely sunsets with appalling bass beats and offputting eurogarbage EDM. It must be truly awful if you stay in the regular rooms (the music goes quite late). Many of the guests seem to like it. We for sure won't be back, ever. The room was okay (pool villa). The music was audible in the pool villa area but not loud. The pools and other areas are nice. The staff are okay. But please take heed: if you like quiet or feel annoyed by loud noise- avoid this place!!

This hotel is lovely. Four pools and beach access to the Gulf. The rooms are clean. The employees are friendly. The breakfast buffet, which is included, was good. We have enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Dumpty rooms. Nice views. Amazing Beach Club Pool! Average breakfast. Nice walk along the beach - very relaxing down there. Would stay there again on a work trip, but not sure I'd subject the family the the 2-hr drive south from Bangkok.

Having previously stayed at the Pinnacle Bangkok about 3 years ago we decided to book a 3 night stay in the Pinnacle Pattaya as we found it to be good value for money if not 5 star. The family room is a good size and a plus point but the rest of the service has not met our expectations, we arrived early at the breakfast room on the first morning to find some of the food in the warm trays was cold with a limited choice. We also noticed tables once vacated were not cleared for the next guests, and soon late arrivals needed to clear tables themselves. This is not acceptable and I have come to the conclusion that the staff at this hotel in general are lazy! How other guests can give good reviews about this hotel is beyond me! Hence to say we will not book again, would rather pay more and receive a good standard of service. Would have loved to given a good review but not for this style of service sorry Pinnacle.
