Location (4/5) : the hotel located a 5-mins drive to Jomtien Beach and it's convenience spot , close to 7-11, Family Mart and local restaurant. Room (4/5): Deluxe Premier Room (#808). The previous comment about my stay that the room no #608 had the bad smell from the sewer. It's improved, the room #808 has no bad smell from the sewer. The negative comment is only the room lay out, the bed is located closed to the door and it's a bit noisy when the room next door, shut the door. There are free space left in a middle of the room. Service/ Staffs : Well trained and they have a lovely service mind.

Not impressed since check in,Front desk have no information anything such as Room type, Period, Facility, We know just one information, them would like we pay deposit 500 THB for room. And if you would like more keycard you must pay deposit 500 THB for 1 keycard. I think if we would like to know more probably have to read on the hotel announcement tag, But still good that the housekeeping (Floor3) speaks well, politely, smiling.

Pro 1.Near 7-11 and Family mart CONS 1.Old and dirty. Totally different from the picture in the Agoda 2.Shower room - once you take shower, its will wet the whole room because there is nothing seperate shower area to bathroom door. 3.Tissue - they use old tissue roll ( left only half ), when we ask from 1 more roll, reception girl ask us back " Did you just check in?? No tissue in the room??. After 10 mins she comes with a roll of tissue with her pissed face. I said "Thank you" she just walk away with her pissed face. 4.Shower hose was broken. Just use for 1 second its broke!! And its wet the whole room. 5.Bed mattress is sagging. 6.Its very dark in the room even all of light turn on.

Hate to say it. Another hotel that offers WiFi that doesn’t work. Can’t stream on my iPad Can’t connect on my laptop. Staff not able to give code over phone. Walk down to front desk, such great difficulty to provide code. Thank god they do t write the code on a piece of paper in the room for the WiFi that doesn’t work

Stayed here for 1 night. Came there around 9pm and checked out 9 am next morning. The hotel is very clean and simple and well kept. I enjoyed my stay and it was worth the cost I paid. Not much transport in this area but we had our own car, so no problem for us. No breakfast at the hotel, but there is a large family mart right across the road so it's very convenient. Overall a good budget and comfortable place to stay over for a short trip.

We spent 7 days in the B2. Even the receptionist doesn’t speak much English, with a little bit of patience and a dictionary she was always very friendly and helpful. Most important for us it was very clean and for the price paid I got to say very good. Free parking, WiFi and internet counting on top of the friendly service. The only downside is for those who love the nightlife and wanting it in front of there doorstep. It’s a bit of a walk. About 5 minutes to the mainroad where you can catch one of the batbuses to get you to the nightlife on Jomtien Beach or in to Pattaya. For us as Family, having a hirecar for our stay and looking for a payable place to stay for a week it was good.

Too far from downtown and night life. The receptionists cannot speak English. I suggested to book through online than book directly was more cheaper. The room were clean. They don't have family rooms. Location so hard to find.

You must be wondering why I started to review a hotel with "sitting in my car". I just checked in to this hotel at around 01.30 A.M. The parking was crowded. I double-parked my car with N gear and also asked the security guard if it was ok. I checked in and also asked for a late check out at 12.30 P.M. The reception approved. And it is now 07.32 A.M. I am sitting in my car because they called me right at 07.23 A.M. to move my car. This is the most terrible thing with the most terrible morning reception I have ever met. I ran to the counter to tell them which part of body he used to THINK. If the management care enough to asked or wish to make the better service, feel free to inbox me. The room was okay and I was so tired checked-in after a long Saturday. YOUR MORNING RECEPTION IS THE MOST HORRIBLE THING FOR ALL HOTEL GUESTS. Keep hiring uneducated and heartless staff, if you wish to scored lower and lower. Your guests will never forget your hotel. **My first time at this branch** And yes, it is a budget hotel I never expect anything but a good sleep. Your morning staff is not deserved a 1 star rating.

It’s small hotel but quite good and reasonable for price. Good location not far from the beach but far from downtown, you need to have vehicle if not you have to walk bit far to the main road to find public bus.
