Worked with Lodging in Telluride to rent Unit 119. Floor plan includes kitchen/dinette and two stacked bunk beds toward the front entry, a single sink vanity, shower and toilet centrally, and closet space, bedroom and upright washer/dryer toward the back/riverside. Comfortable for two adults but I'd say it would be tight for four adults, but acceptable for two kids/two adults....

My son and I stayed here for a few days' skiing. He loved the place and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Master bed is big and comfy, and the bunk beds were perfect for my son. Coupled with a small kitchenette, it was like friends letting you stay at their apartment while they're away. There's a hot tub...

I was randomnly assigned this room because I booked my week in Telluride in a group of 400. All my friends had fireplaces, comfy quaint wood lodges, big kitchen tables to share meals. I was miserable in my tiny no fun ancient condo. I would describe this as bare minimum accomdations for a family on a tight budget, but for...

Beware! Management informed our family we were inconveniencing them. Dog feces cover the walkways. Icy steps watch for falls. Rooms do not regulate temperature well. Outdated amenities. View of mountain was mostly blocked. Parking was extremely difficult. Avoid.

Great little place. Everything our family of four needed. Comfy beds and plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Loved the corner window seat. Kids spent a lot of time there. Everything, except for the shower and toilet, have been updated. Apartment size fridge and stove were perfect for what we needed. Very close to lift 7, which isn't as scary...

We came for 3 nights in September for a wedding. The unit looks like it hasn't had any updates since it was built. All the flooring was old and worn out. Furniture was old. The owners are not concerned with the quality of this unit. The worst part was the bed. It was like sleeping on cement. The price of the...

We arrived after an 8 hour drive, went to the office downtown which was closed and picked up our key for unit 204..... which didn't work. Nor did anyone answer the phone numbers listed on the card. Nor did anyone return our messages. Finally after half hour got a person who to answer. She didn't seem to be overly concerned...

We're pretty laid back so this second story unit was perfect for our purposes. The layout of the unit is somewhat odd. It is thin and long...the entrance into the unit from the parking lot side is right into the bedroom. The king bed here is very comfortable and there is plenty of storage in this room as well as...

Management company communicates well and responsive. Unit itself has view of town creek. Close to everything via walking or local shuttle. Right by the gondola. This unit would be great for couple, family with kids. Not super for 4 adults due to bunk beds not very private. Has coffee, paper towels, olive oil, etc supplied for you.

Room218 is tiny and uncomfortable. No furniture in living room but an uncomfortable trundle bed. Room is extremely warm in summer time unless you use fan. There is no elevator so you have to carry everything upstairs. Difficult for seniors or someone who fell before arriving and has two swollen knees. Dining room table is very uncomfortable. It is a...
