I have performed weddings at the resort and in private cabins. Beautiful views surrounding, impeccable staff, 5 star treatment and catering. Perfect wedding location, highly recommend DTR! Great restaurant on site as well as being a top notch nordic ski center.

We just spent a weekend at Devil's Thumb Ranch for a wedding and it was magical. The Lodge is beautiful, very clean and rustic feeling. The food at the restaurants and catered for the event was all delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. One weekend wasn't enough time to experience all that this great location had to offer!

We stayed in the Lonesome Lodge and couldn't be happier! The rooms are large, clean and very plush. The fireplace made it cozy for relaxing. The view from our balcony was spectacular! We visited the spa and had amazing massages. There is a game room with pool tables, air hockey and a bowling alley all next to a movie theater.The...

Our family stayed at Devil's Thumb Ranch in mid December. It was our first trip to the snow and the ranch did not disappoint. We had adjoining rooms in the main lodge and the accommodations were everything that we wanted and more. We did think about staying in one of the many gorgeous cabins but after much consideration we felt...

The property is amazing at any time of year. The hotel, spa, restaurants, rooms, and cabins are the perfect blend of rustic/authentic ranch but in a luxury resort. Not too big, very focused on the environment and guest experience. The food is amazing at Ranch House but my family loves Heck's and the staff is incredible there.

You can rent a room or there are cabins on-site as well. There is so much to do activity-wise on the ranch, we loved cross-country skiing. My kids love the game room and making smores by the campfire. The property is...

We stayed at the resort as part of a destination wedding and it was fantastic. The views were phenomenal and the amenities were great. We ate at Heck's restaurant and bar several times and were pleased each and every time. The resort was a little pricey, but the premium was well worth the overall experience.

We arrived on New Year's Day - granted the day after a big party but it felt like we were walking into a place with a collective hangover. Everything looked tired. The only dinner reservation we could get was at 8:30 and we practically had to beg to get in. Food was fair. Our room was so dark we could...

Our last visit was a couple years ago, and the ranch/ski trails were just as beautiful this time around as well. The service at the ranch is first class, staff are friendly, trail grooming is excellent, and grooming reports are constantly updated. The only disappointment was when we found out that happy hour at Heck's in the lodge was no...
