Hotel was very clean and the front desk was very helpful. The room we stay in was very small for what we paid and the bathroom also was small. You had no where to put anything in the bathroom. The room was very clean but very small. The other people we traveled with all had bigger rooms and we all...

This place is convenient located and run pretty well but it was loud both from the road and people running around the halls and going to the hot tub at midnight and making noise which the management didn't seem to care about. Last updated in the 1950s but not bad overall.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights for some spring skiing. Since we're looking to purchase a second home in Steamboat, we've been staying in a variety of places just to get to know the town. We thought staying downtown would be fun, and it was with the exception of the lodging. There are restaurants both below and behind the...

Thanks Shannon for your review. I apologize that your experience was not great while you were here. Since this incident I have informed Mazzola's that they can not have their music loud. We have had this issue only once or twice before and have also informed them that they can not do this, but with new employees it seems like...

I stayed at Hotel Bristol with my fiancé for 6 nights during a ski vacation. We booked it with our SVIP package that Steamboat offers (lift tickets, discount rentals, resort credit, etc.). We stayed in one of their queen bed suites. This room was incredibly cramped/small. There's hardly enough room to maneuver around the bed. It's difficult managing all of...

Thanks for your review Alicen. I am terrible sorry that our staff at the Bristol didn't make you feel welcome. I am going to discuss this with everyone and make sure this doesn't happen again. When Fire alarms go off they are for the safety of our guests and I apologize that it went off during your stay. We have...

The rooms are cozy. The beds are divine! The front desk staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. You are given a ski locker and the ski shuttle is 1/2 of a block from the hotel. You are right downtown in Steamboat with many, many opportunities to dine, shop and walk. The river walk is very romantic and is lighted at...

Hotel Bristol is a boutique hotel in downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The room I used was a family room package where I had two separate rooms, each with their own toilet room and a shared shower room. The staff was friendly and helpful for local information. They had a great bar and restaurant down stairs to spend the evening hours...

The hotel was all we could have asked for. The beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing. It was within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and bus stop. We spent four nights at the hotel January 2017 and it snowed most of the time we were there. The location allowed us to leave the rental car parked the entire...

Stayed 2 nights on Jan. 4-6, 2017. Great location to Downtown Steamboat. Very clean! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly with restaurant recommendations and directions around town, Loved that there was a coffee bar in the lobby to fix coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea or even apple cider. Rooms were small and cozy as the hotel is an older one,...

Nice clean hotel, walk to everything downtown. No elevator, so you will be carrying everything up. The regular rooms are VERY small, we were there during winter and had lots of winter clothing to store. I would recommend the bigger room, it is worth the extra for more space. The place was very quiet, didn't hear anyone else during the...

I would stay there again. The rooms are a little small but it appears/feels clean and is friendly. Nice downtown location, walking distance to the bar. They close the front at about 9am but it is easy to get access to your room when the lobby closes.
