We just returned from a Ski trip to Snowmass and were disappointed to discover that Woodbridge Condos are not really ski in/out. We were in building 25 and it was really a walk to the bridge and don't bother trying to ski back. The buses are great and there are stops everywhere so we just bussed the remainder of the week but felt misled by the VRBO listings claiming that the Assay Hill lift was close by. Next time we will make sure to stay on the hill.

The unit had some things wrong with it and property management left some things to be desired as well. None of the phones in the unit were charged up, neither light in the master bedroom worked (and no spare bulbs were present in the unit,) the ski locker was inaccessible, which meant storing wet ski equipment inside the condo or leaving it outside to be stolen, the hot tub was fifteen degrees below any temperature that could even be called lukewarm, and there were no window coverings on one of the sliding glass doors. I've stayed in worse places, but I've stayed in better, and this was not a good value for the money.

My family rented an condo here for a week in February 2016. Upon entering the condo, we found broken screen doors, blinds ripped from the ceiling, toasters that don't work, outdated appliances, interior furniture moved to the outdoor deck, a warm refrigerator and a non-functional gas fireplace. A call to maintenance on a Sunday evening during the Super Bowl yielded a response of "no one is coming out now." Multiple calls to the reservations and service departments yeilded responses of "oh, that person is off today" or "sorry, we never got your message." Our entire week of skiing was consumed by constant calls to maintenance begging to have our simple amenities fixed. Our groceries spoiled in the fridge. Our wet skiing gear never dried due to a busted fire place. When we went to the community hot tub, it was a cold 80 degrees. Avoid Woodbridge condos. Spend your money elsewhere.

We rented a 2 bedroom condo. We used Expedia to book and the management company was Snowmass Hospitality. Our accommodations were fantastic! We had a 2 bedroom condo, walking distance from a Gondola (for those of you who want to ski/snowboard) We were up a short hill (walking path) to the grocery and liquor store. Our unit was very well appointed. Coffee Maker, Wine cooler, Microwave, blender, all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses etc we could need. Plenty of toiletries: shampoo, soap, lotion, conditioner, etc. Plenty of towels etc.The appliances were all newer and the dishwasher and refrigerator were built in and looked the same as the cabinets. Tile kitchen floor. Granite counters. Our beds were comfortable with several choices for pillow type. Both rooms and the living room had Cable tv. The 2nd bedroom had xbox and games. Gas grill on the deck. Beautiful view. Access to pool, hot tub and fitness room. 1 bathroom was shower/tub combo the other bathroom had a shower only. everything was very clean. The staff at Snowmass Hospitality were very friendly and helpful. There was a front and back porch which were really nice. Great place to stay.

We stayed here for a week, this condo had space for 10 people, we were just 4. Unfortunately the condo had too many furnitures, everywhere, we had to dump some chairs in one corner to make some space for us to walk around. If you have a big family looking for a decent accommodation, then this is the place (provided you dont mind too much furniture). The kitchen was well equipped, house keeping is done every 2 days, no complaints there. The lights are very old, so are the windows, so, please handle with care ..lol.

This condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with everything you might need. It was very comfortably furnished. The bedding was extremely comfortable. It is close to a large range of activities and you get the use of a sports club with multiple pools, a spa and gymnasium.

Believe the reviews. Stay away. Came with a big group. There are a couple units that are ok but most are old and badly in need of remodel. Moldy bed linens and major cleaning issues. Forget about skiing in or out it is 1/4 mile to base camp. 3 flights of stairs to struggle with luggage and ski gear. When I complained, was offered another substandard unit but nothing else. Choose a different place and a different management company.

After looking at the pictures of the units here at Woodbridge, I can honestly say we really got the short end of the stick here. Our unit #27A looked nothing like the great pictures of the units that you see posted on trip advisor. This condo is in dire need of updating. The first thing that happened was that we could not get in the front door. The keys did not work properly and the front door was stuck shut. It took a very strong husband to get the door open each time we entered. Once we even had to wait for our husbands to finish skiing so they could let us in, as our key did not work. The top of the refrigerator was very dirty and had to be cleaned. The refrigerator froze most of our food (milk, eggs, fruit, veggies etc.) even though it was on a normal to low setting. We were staying in the second bedroom and could not sleep because of a loud humming noise all night long. My husband had to speak to the tenant upstairs to try to uncover where it was coming from. Although the noise was not evident during the day, it was a ‘drive you crazy’ noise all night long. I do now believe it was the noise of a room humidifier and the construction of the units was so flimsy that it allowed the noise to vibrate through the floor/ceiling. We eventually put our mattresses on the floor in the living room and slept there for the next three nights. This condo had a great view of Snowmass Mt. but the window was so dirty that you could not appreciate the view. We did our booking through First Choice Property Management Company. Their office hours were conveniently limited to the times you would be skiing (10-4 P.M.) I asked for a partial refund for our problems and it was rejected. I would not recommend or stay at Woodbridge Condos again nor would I use the same booking agent. Staying at Woodbridge Condos was a huge mistake This was not the vacation we had hoped for.

I see other reviews of this property that indicate pleasant accommodations, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for my stay at Woodbridge. On top of outdated finishes and fixtures, the unit was filthy (dead insects in bathroom floor and mold in the shower, stained bedding) and suffered from poor maintenance (rotting drywall/woodwork around baseboards of bathroom). After a week's stay with no housekeeping service, I now understand why the unit is so filthy. It's obviously not cleaned properly between stays either. I traveled with a group and witnessed similar issues in several other units in Bldgs 28 and 33. These units should not even be in the rental pool given their sub-standard condition. The property mgmt company should require these owners to bring their units up to the standard of property's other units or cease renting them altogether. I strongly recommend that future travelers plan their stay very carefully and request photos of the unit prior to confirming a reservation. Snowmass is such a great ski destination (excellent hospitality and superb terrain) and there are plenty of better accommodations to choose from to ensure a fabulous ski vacation!
