We have stayed at Interlude (unit 303) for several years due to its ski-out location. The property is very dated and run down, but the location is great, so it was an understood trade-off. However, now it is even older and more run down (except the kitchen is nice and newer). Some of the furniture is soiled and smells, and the heating system does not work well due to the multiple areas with only one thermostat. During our most recent stay for 4 nights, we had no housekeeping, which was not due to covid but merely they didn't show up. The location is great, but the units need a refresh, and management needs to do better.

I have been skiing in Aspen/Snowmass and the surrounding Colorado resorts for 40 years. I have been continually disappointed the last two years with the way resorts like to charge full price but offer very limited service. The part that is so shocking is how a resort can send you 10-20 emails regarding covid and masking policies, but they never tell you all of the things will not provide, such as housekeeping, garbage pick up and assistance with checking in to your unit (helping you with your luggage). When you ask about these services you are made to seem like an entitled and lazy human being, not someone who is on vacation. These services are listed on the condos website as well. I would think that they would send updates or change the website. I would clarify with all (travel company and directly with condominium) hotels and condos before booking. Additionally, these units are old and well worn. Keep that in mind when looking at very likely outdated photos.…

We enjoyed two weeks in this condo on the mountain. The maid service was exceptional. Our stay was fun and we very much enjoyed the mountains. Hyatt employees were able to correct the issue with three of four of our window coverings not working. The overall condition of this particular condo has deteriorated and could use a bit of maintenance to make one’s stay a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay if skiing snowmass-right next to the slopes-condo had everything we needed plus a tv in each bedroom. There was a washing machine and dryer in the unit-did not use though-about 100 steps from the slopes

My family skis Snowmass every year, but we have historically stayed at the Westin on award points. With Covid this year, we were reluctant to stay in a hotel with all the common spaces, and wanted the flexibility of dining in with the uncertainty of restaurant capacity constraints. Between the location, space, in-unit laundry, full kitchen, and free covered parking, we were delighted with the value of the condo. It was also remarkably quiet for being fully occupied!

Was here last week. Ski in/out side of the building. Condo was very clean with dated furniture and a very well stocked kitchen with every thing you would need to cook. That said, it was probably the smallest 2 bed room condo I have ever been in. Here during Covad and did not have a lot of contact with staff. Up till 9pm free shuttle.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Location was premium, staff was top notch and very helpful. Easy to get around because of the location being so close to Snowmass mall. The staff was willing to answer any questions and help locate places to eat or drink. During this COVID adventure that was very helpful.

I booked a delux 2 bdrm #202 but the furniture didn’t seem nicer and the view from the unit was not good at all. It’s dated and needs more basic cooking utensils such as lubber spatulas. It was a relaxing stay and the staffs are very attentive.
