I got to Snowmass and got altitude sickness, so much I wanted to go home. Devin Joyner, the night manager was super. He was very patient and helpful. He walked me through ways to problem-solve the situation. He helped rebook the room I had cancelled. (Yes, I was really ready to go.). The next morning Logan Sodenberg further smoothed things out. These folks made the difference in me staying and enjoying the trip versus giving up and going home. Everyone who works there is super nice and helpful. The hotel is located right next door to the local urgent care as well and that was a plus. Yes, the hotel is beautiful and quiet and centrally located, but what made the difference to me was their customer service. Anytime I go to Snowmass, I will stay at the Limelight.
This hotel was perfect in every way for my husband and I. The staff goes above and beyond. The property was clean and beautiful. They cater to your every single need without missing detail. The property offered so much to do. Families will never be bored. We loved our stay and will certainly return.
I went to Aspen for the first time this week for the Aspen Ideas Festival and the Limelight hotel and staff was amazing. They provided me with everything I needed to make my time enjoyable and relaxing each day after my sessions.
We just spent a week in Snowmass at the Limelight and this was a fantastic hotel. The service was impeccable; the room was beautiful, clean and big and the hotel staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The hotel loaned my husband and son an EV car so they could replace a lost phone (after a ski wipe out) in Basalt CO. When I had to take a day off from skiing the concierge kindly loaned me snowshoes for a little excursion and he drove me to a hiking trail. The hotel has a great vibe; the lobby has great food and apres ski artisan pizzas, drinks, etc. The breakfast is included and it was an incredible spread every morning. It really was just a lovely stay with a staff that always made you feel at home; made us dinner reservations whenever we asked and answered any question. I would stay at any Limelight property after this. Also, they allow dogs, which really added character to the whole stay and made it seem homey. They also arranged our ski equipment so that was seamless when we arrived; it's ski in and ski out so you can store your equipment in the hotel. We just loved the Limelight and would definitely return!…
Limelight is an excellent hotel. Super close to rentals and the gondola. The Base village is great with several restaurants, shops and bars. Great place for families with the ski school next door and ice rink in front. Staff was excellent including immediate help for a car that wouldn't start. Room and hotel decor is colorado industrial. Very well thought out rooms with plenty of storage, a deck with a great view of the mountain. Also close to city buses on the lower level to get into town or the other mountains. I will definately come back and stay at the Limelight.
The location is perfect if your looking for a ski in ski out hotel. Great hut tubs and amazing pizza. Staff is very professional they really made us enjoy our stay, me and my husband had a really good time
I’m glad that I chose this hotel for my vacation, everything when great and I would definitely come back. The room was very clean and was easy to get any tipped of service true text messages, the staff was very friendly and always did the best to help me with anything I need.
We have had the most wonderful two week stay and would highly recommend the Limelight to anyone. Incredibly comfortable rooms, a great location and excellent amenities. Yes, it's very popular with families so can get a little busy & noisy in the Lounge sometimes but it's always possible to find quieter moments if you time things right. Particular thanks to Tom Rice for amazing advice and help with hiking & snowshoeing recommendations - it really made my holiday special. Also to Alfredo for his enthusiastic help in chasing down a missing FedEx delivery &, of course, to the amazing Lusi for outstanding service in the Lounge! We'll be back!
Excellent, my daughters and I had a wonderful experience at the ski in ski out hotel. Georgina and staff were very accommodating at all times. I feel they went above and beyond at all times to make our stay pleasurable. I would recommend for families, solo, couples, and business. Aspen is a great place to be!!!!! Skiing is the best in the US.
I think this might be my most favorite places on earth. We have stayed here 3 vacations and loved it each time. First off, Snowmass is an amazing mountain and the hotel is just steps away from the gondola. If you’re free there to ski than it’s the place to stay. You can ski right back to the ski-valet the hotel where you leave your boots & skis. It’s amazingly convenient, particularly with kids. I think my most favorite part of the stay is the service. Everyone is incredibly warm and friendly. The staff at the front desk and concierge (Tom Rice) are wonderful! They were so helpful with getting us reservations for a large party and with recommendations for our trip. We loved the restaurants and dined both in Snowmass & Aspen. It’s a quick, easy bus ride from the hotel to downtown Aspen (very convenient as you take the elevator down from the hotel to the bus stop). There’s also skier shuttles that will take you to each of the mountains morning and afternoon. Tom recommended Inside Tracks where we got to tour with mountain with the Pros (included as a Limelight guest). It was great way to get ski tips and see the mountain. The food at the hotel is delicious! We loved their breakfast daily and enjoyed dinners/apres-ski/music/drinks in the evenings. The hot tubs was perfect for soaking sore muscles. We enjoyed this daily along with complimentary comfy robes and slippers. And even more, the kids loved the free rock climbing, ice skating and game area at the collective. Great place for kids and families. We would never stay anywhere else! Service was impeccable, hotel is beautiful and you’re right there at base village!…
