We are repeat visitors at this campground, having stayed here 5 times. This is a nice campground - there are sites both on the river and very close to the river. Lots of mature shade trees (cottonwoods and crabapples). The finest amenity of this campground is the Arkansas River - a gold medal river for the fly-fisherman. We camp in...

We had a wonderful site on the river; it was perfect!! We had such a perfect site for watching the river, and seeing all the fly-fishers and kayakers come by. Really relaxing. There were some minor issues with electrical that were easily fixed when we switched electrical outlets. Unfortunately, the restrooms/showers were pretty awful. We stayed for two nights and...

Stayed here for two nights. Nice people from the front desk to fellow travelers. We enjoyed the river right next to the rv sites. We also walked across the highway to an old cemetery site dating back to 1880's. We also thought the cost was a little high.

We had a very relaxing 5 days at this RV park. Nice level sites. There is no TV reception and we don't have satellite so we just talked to each other and read when we weren't outside enjoying the cool weather and visiting with the other people staying there. The places that you have to take your dog to potty...

Signs, signs, everywhere a SIGN! Don't do this, dont' do that! Can't you read the signs? OK place to stay on your way to somewhere, but I won't go there again. Felt like all I could do was hang at my trailer without violating all the regulations.

Stayed almost 2 weeks. It's a nice, quiet park in a great location, outside of town, but close to local shopping & activities. The Arkansas River provides beautiful views and soothing sound. Sites & facilities are clean & well maintained. Mature trees provide plenty of shade. The staff is friendly & helpful. Special thanks to Corrina & Lynne for all...

DO NOT get site #24. It has no shade and backs up to a private landowners house and property. The picnic table was warped and very wobbly. Electrical box interior cover fell off into my hands when I went to plug in my cord. Not very well landscaped, no grass, lots of weeds and piles of dirt between us and...

Ok folks, it's an RV Park and not a four star hotel. Given that, this review is based on an RV Park and certain amenities and experiences that should be pleasant. I have stayed here before a few years ago and thought it was a decent place in the heart of where I was adventuring, so why not do it...
