We stayed in a motel room. It was small, all we really needed. Great kitchen facilities available for use. The grounds were well kept and generally appeared clean and tidy. Train tracks right along side it but didn't really hear the trains.

The Studio room has adequate space for a couple. Good comfy large double bed. Enjoyed the quiet air conditioner unit as we tend to find the noisier ones elsewhere but this one was really good. Nice shower head. Quiet location. Only a kettle available in room but apparently there is a shared kitchen area on site. We arrived way too...

Close to all amenities of Penrith. Nice setting of residents who take pride in their properties. Friendly. Clean. Wish we had cement slab for caravan. Didn't like seeing 'caged' birds. Not dog or pet friendly which was an inconvenience.

Did not get the deluxe cabin i booked two months in advance. Older cabin we got absolutely stunk of smoke and of something dead I'm sure under the floor( actually made my kids ill). Shower is ridiculously small (seen bigger in a caravan) and shower screen latch was broken so water just ran on floor. I dont believe these non...

Great location friendly staff clean park & amenities. The site we were given was VERY tight to get into with a caravan & should only be for motorhomes but in all fairness maybe it was given to us as it was next to the amenities as it was pouring rain. Also it was only grass & dirt with no concrete...

I stayed at this van park as it was only a short distance to the Avida factory where I was arranging some work to be done on my motorhome. The park is mainly permanent residents or cabin accommodation - very well maintained and with only about 10 overnight van sites. It is close to the Emu Plains train station and...

As tradesmen working away from home it was a great place to be able to live a normal life without relying on takeaways or going to pubs. The accommodation was clean and well presented and gave us enough individual space. the staff were helpful and friendly. All in all a welcome break from the usual

Great place to stay, very close to station, walking distance. Close to Penrith and a good stepping stone to the Blue Mountains. Perfect for us as we have family close by. Cabins are very comfortable, had everything we needed. Used the laundry this last time and couldn't have been happier with the cleanliness. Linen lovely and fresh, towels also excellent....

We stayed on site 160 which is the worst Big4 caravan site we have stayed on. Concrete slab on wrong side of van and unless you park your van on the slab which is a No No you can't get the awning out. Also no water on this site and the night lighting in the area is poor.

The rooms are clean and tidy but the amenities light shines into the room making it impossible to sleep. walking distance to public transport and Irish pub extra. would have been perfect if we got a good night sleep.
