This beautiful venue was quickly altered by Rob's negative attitude. I was surprised to see such positive reviews when my weekend was extremely uncomfortable. I was made to feel that our party was intruding although we were extremely careful to make sure all was clean and left better than we found "his house". People were trying their best to please...

We pride ourselves for being both engaging, yet professional in all our efforts to serve from 24 to 30 weekend weddings a year. We're sorry for the stated perception, knowing this couldn't have been any further from what we are about. I personally oversee all wedding operation plans, before, during and up to departure. This Includes, but not limited to...

looked high and low for the perfect venue for our daughters wedding...and we found it!! Beautiful setting wonderful staff and one of the best breakfasts ever. Rob the Innkeeper was very accommodating. He knows his stuff! My husband and I will be back for some relaxing alone time very soon. We have also chosen the room. Thank you so much.

When I need a " get away", I head to Meadow Creek for some rest and relaxation to rejuvenate my mind, body and soul. The staff's hospitality is always outstanding! My breakfast was full of flavor and there was more portion than I could ask for. I enjoy the mountain décor and how clean and crisp every thing was. My...

Beautiful setting but the owner, Rob, did not make us feel at all welcomed. We were greeted with "extra charges" and accused of "not communicating" despite numerous phone calls, meetings, and emails. Bride ended up in tears. Guests staying at the lodge were given a lecture on the 'rules.’ The rules turned out to be so numerous and nit-picky that...

Unfortunately, what we have here is a Mother and Bride "Tag Team" (a double complaint for the same event which seems unfair for any venue to be saddled with) who elected to berate me personally nationally (here & elsewhere - and what a fine job they have done) without regard to the facts on the matter of their group's overall...

If you want your guests sipping cheap wine and staring at the stains on the table linens - this is the wedding venue for you! A bit harsh, but it's the little things you don't find out until after you sign the contract that make the difference. I wish I had known more about how Rob operates his business beforehand....

We stayed in the Room In The Meadow (Honeymoon Cabin) and it was perfect. Better than expected and well worth every penny. Everything you need to relax with your love. Gorgeous and comfortable. Able to relax for first time in long time. Felt sense of serenity as soon as we entered the space. Quiet and private with views and decoration...

I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights in the Room in the Meadow while visiting friends nearby. The surroundings are lovely with wildflowers growing all around and aspens quaking in the breeze. There are two wonderfully sweet dogs on the property Kelly and Sylvia, that while friendly are never in your way or a bother - I loved them....

My wife and I looked around for quite a few months for a place to capture our love of the Colorado out doors. This place was perfect. Rob, the owner was very nice and made us feel very welcome. He is very good at what he does and helped calm my wife's nerves on a number of occasions (bridezilla...). The...

We stayed here several nights in February 2013. Everything was excellent. Rob fixed an awesome breakfast every morning. A good very quiet place to sleep. Actually saw a herd of elk on the way home one night.

My wife and I stayed here on the night of our wedding and were delighted with the accommodations. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub for the "Cabin In The Meadow" was not in working order, but Rob made up for it by giving us a small break on the price. The cabin was the perfect amount of...
