Nothing particularly wrong with this place, location was fine for 30 min drive to Wolf creek, town and food outlets are a two minute drive. TV didn’t work and quality of other guests (room doors left open whilst they’re hanging out in their respective rooms) isn’t up there but it’s a cheap motel.
Staff were very helpful in trying to fix the TV however didn’t work out. Wasn’t a big deal for me.

Owner is very nice and helpful, rooms are clean but a little sparse in terms of decoration. Could use a couple of pictures over the beds and a mirror over the dresser. Price was a little high, but it's peak season so I couldn't complain. Road to the Inn is paved but has been patched so it's a little rough. Any vehicle can make it - no 4WD needed, and the patched road is only 0.1 miles long (from the main road). Hotel doors worked fine. Ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order, but there's one on the first floor that worked. Finally, hotel has no elevator, so you have to lug your bags up the stairs. Overall, a nice place to stay, especially supporting a small business.

Overall I like this hotel. The location is good, staff is nice, and the place is clean and tidy. I rarely have issues with hotel beds, but I definitely work up with a sore back. Great place to crash for a night, but I wouldn't stay here for more than a night because of the beds.

Very good stay. Excellent friendly staff, good information and knowledgeable of the area. Room was very clean and up to date. Located just off the main road, and in a very good location. Next time I stay in Pagosa Springs, it will be here.

Family owned we were greeted with smiles & a helpful hand. Owners daughter even brought the cart out to us in order to load all our luggage to our room. Large & comfortable king bed. Military son enjoyed his nice room too. No breakfast due to Covid junk but we were shown where to go for a delicious breakfast burrito. We stayed two nights while we did off roading in the national park.

The good and the bad. First the bad. You need an off road vehicle to enter their parking lot, seriously. Next they have 1 ice machine and it was broke before my stay and after my stay. Entry door from parking lot to Inn is not working or in use. Breakfast is as basic as it gets, nothing cooked except hard boiled eggs. My room had a lamp that did not work. Room had no microwave. The good. Hot tub and swimming pool worked perfectly. Lastly fix the road.

The tv didnt work we called front desk and they told us how to try and fix it instead of coming and fixing it like good customer service should do. The bed is like a rock, we checked in and reserved for the pool and hot tub but at check in we first were informed that they were closed, the front door has huge gap in frame can almost see thru it. Last thing no microwave what hotel dont got microwave did holiday inn take em with when they sold it. What hotel has microwave like people dont reheat pizza. Wtf yep never ever again. Carpet gross

Our family has stayed here for roughly a week in the summer for many years. The room are always clean and amenities quite adequate. This year there was no access to the breakfast bar due to Covid 19, which we fully understand. The Pool area was great for the kids and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We have no desire to stay anywhere else.

One of the worst beds that we have ever attempted to sleep in. It was so worn out that the mattress dipped nearly 3” to the middle and toward the headboard. Horrible night. The room heater was junk as well.

Pretty views, comfortable pillows and bed. Liquor store within walking distance. Beautiful hardwood floors in the rooms. Good room temperature control. Parking lot pretty beat up- go slow! Breakfast was pretty disappointing. No biscuits and gravy as advertised. No meats or waffle bar. Just bread , bagels, jelly. No cream cheese. Eggs and fruit.

You should have a good visit. Keep in mind it's a decent breakfast they provide, however seating is limited, and depending on how many people are eating at the time you are, it can be a challenge getting in and around, as well as finding a table. Have fun!
