Stayed 3 nights last week and loved it. Hotel is clean and neat. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Great location - closed to City Market, restaurants..... Away form the busy Downtown. Will stay again in the near future.

We accidentally stumbled onto this hotel and were very peasantly surprised. although it is an older hotel it is well maintained at a very good price. Good value, quiet set back a bit from the highway, friendly staff. comfortable beds, clean spacious and comfortable.Continental breakfast was well apportioned.only negative was they could use a new sink.

This hotel could use some sprucing up, nothing special about the room or the hotel in general. The bed covers weren't soft or inviting. Crack in the sink. Toilet didn't work great. Everything seemed old and tired.

The room was spacious and comfortable with tile in the main entry and bathroom. Of course the main attraction are the tubs. Well worth it. So take advantage of it and enjoy a relaxing soak. They provide robes to wear to the tubs so use them as it can be chilly in the evening when getting out of 100 degree...

First time staying at this hotel and very satisfied :) The rooms are very clean and modern. The hot breakfast had a nice variety. The best part about my stay was that the local management/owner was very informative about the local area and attractions and also very responsive to my feedback :) I'll definitely stay there again.

Six nights stay to ski 5 days at Wolf Creek. Accomodated family gathering with small children without to much fuss. Rooms and linens clean. Breakfast was adequate. Management spoiled us with fresh cookies in the afternoon. Internet worked great on second floor. Location near grocery deli was wonderful. Found a reception room downstairs that was great for gathering of the...

Stayed 1 night a week ago. The room was clean and perfectly adequate. Breakfast was basic but fine with several choices including waffles, cereal, eggs & sausage, yogurt and fruit. The dining area was clean. No complaints for this dog friendly hotel. Would stay again.

Stayed here whilst skiing in Wolf Creek for a few days. $100/night for 2 of us, location out of main Pagosa Springs town but within walking distance of a number of eating places. Breakfast included and perfectly ample, but I retain my policy of down-grading all US hotels which serve breakfast on plastic plates, with plastic cutlery (Only in the...

We stayed in this hotel during winter break and it was not worth the money. The breakfast is so so, and the A/C is so loud, everytime it started, woke everyone in the room up. ALso, we didn't have internet access in the room during our stay. We had to go to lobby for internet. And we didn't have housekeeping...

We stayed here for a weekend ski trip and will never stay here again. Don't get me wrong, the management was very kind. The problem is that the guests who stayed in the adjoining room were loud and up very late. Add to that the very thin walls which buffer no noise and we could literally hear their conversations thus...
