This resort has three separate areas. Apparently, the hot spring is under the river and the hot water is piped to each of three separate areas. There is a kids section farthest away from the river with a water slide and lazy river, which we didn't use. The original pools are nearest the resort. Also did not use. The adults...

Took my teenage daughter and friends for the two days and overnight. We had a GREAT time. The pools were all clean and various temperatures to accommodate everyone. The smoothies were a hit. The picnic basket lunches were a great value for us. Everything if freshly made and the servers were happy to customize the smoothies!! Our cabin was GORGEOUS...

We stayed in one of the larger cabins (opposite side of the river from the water slide), and they are really nice. The water slide was fun, but smallish for my teenagers. They still had fun on it, though (don't tell them I said that). The meal at the restaurant attached to the resort was good, but a bit overpriced...

We recently stayed in the cliff side rooms for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We had four rooms for all our family. First of all out of 4 rooms, the toilet was broken in 2 of the rooms. A dirty towel was left on the floor in another. The beds looked like it was questionable if they changed the sheets...

I have been to this resort at least 10 times however this as the first time we decided to stay overnight in the fairly new cabins. We booked the large cabin at $519 per night. Sleeps 8. We got there at 11:30 am and were given wristbands so we could use the pools and facility prior to the 3 pm...

We had a family reunion at this property. There is much there to do and we all had fun! However, we were disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. There were many little issues. First, one of our family cabins was found to have animal feces and urine in one bedroom requiring a family be moved to another cabin...

We really enjoyed our trip, especially due to the customer service. Joel and Shane were very nice and respectful. They made the trip very fun. We stayed in Twin Lakes and drove to the springs and were pleasantly surprised to find such friendly staff.

We were at the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort for a wedding. The wedding pavilion was spacious and seemed exceptionally well located for the outdoor ceremony. The reception was very well done with a delicious buffet, a well-equipped bar and plenty of room for the band, dj and dancing. Our room in the lodge was just ok, but a full...

We were not very impressed with the cabin we stayed in. It was in a great location, right across the street from the spa. However , it was not very clean, and didn't have any towels when we arrived. The sheets were not made in the up stairs loft. We all loved the springs. It was very expensive to stay...
