From elegant presentation of the delicious breakfast to original art and artifacts in the common areas and rooms, each detail of our stay was just right. We enjoyed meeting Gwen and her staff and they took great care of us. The location was perfect for strolling downtown for dinner in this quaint mountain town.

We loved the location, which is within walking distance of several shops and restaurants in Manitou. Our bedroom and sitting room were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious ! The owners, Gwen and Randy were very welcoming. The price was much better than the hotels in Colorado Springs.

We stayed here for three nights in the upper part of the carriage house. It was nice and private and nice having a full mini apartment while away. The place is very old and looks and smells like it, but it is quite nice. Although we only had the breakfast one day, it was good. They also have a ton...

This was a lovely stay with comfortable rooms and a caring staff. They worked hard to deal with our various food issues and were very thoughtful in what they made for us for breakfast. The cookies in the living area were a treat. It was an easy walk to points of interest in Manitou Springs.

Stayed for three nights and enjoyed every minute! We had a large room with a great view out front. The owners and all the staff were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

We were lucky to get a room at the last minute and so happy we did. Great location, service, rooms and food. Be sure to get a copy of Gwen's cookbook! This B&B has everything you'd want and all at a very fair price. Try the Manitou Brewery next door for fun experience.

I found this B & B the day before an overnight stay in Manitou Springs. TripAdvisor had it rated the number one B & B in town and it must be true. This place is awesome! Wonderfully maintained inn with everything you could want or need. Really attentive innkeepers and a 5 star breakfast served in courses. We will be...

My friend and I stayed here 1 night to go to the garden of the gods and The Cog. The location was prefect to walk to shops and restaurants. The cog and other scenic sights were a short drive! Well kept, updated, clean, but vintage. Friendly staff. Bed was soft! Highly recommend for a romantic getaway!!

This was our first stay at a BnB and I could not be more pleased! The place had many places to relax and the beds were soooo comfortable. The owners are so nice and caring and the guests were from so many different places with a lot of stories to tell! The breakfast is top notch especially when served on...
