We stayed in Manitou Springs for four nights during our vacation to Colorado Springs. We chose the Dillon based off of trip advisor reviews. We were gone all day sight seeing and just needed a place to sleep, which it was great for. It definitely could use updating, as it is an older motel, but I have only very minor...

Thank you very much for your stay. I really enjoyed having you as a guest. After being in broadcasting for many years I enjoy talking, as you found out. I love to help guest enjoy their vacation and advise them on places to see things to do and good places to eat. I really enjoyed our morning coffee and bunk...

The owner was great! I could tell he tries hard to take care of his motel, but it's an older property and needs LOTS of work. Ceilings were cracking, it wasn't clean, everything needed updating. I had bugs crawl across my arm when I was lying in bed. He needs to charge less, or consider a major overhaul or get...

We stayed for one night on July 17th. We have stayed at the Dillon Motel a couple of other times as well. The rooms are always clean and the gentleman who owns the place is outstanding. Nice big pool and the morning cowboy coffee is great. Remember if you are wanting a chain hotel this is not it but this...

We arrived late in Manitou and had trouble finding a place so we ended up here. We were pleasantly surprised. We have a family of 5 so we're always pretty packed into a hotel room. Not this one! It is really roomy--plenty of room for a roll-away. Also, there's a really nice block window on one end of the room...

First, let me say that the gentleman who owns this place is a super nice guy. I guess that is why I waited so long to review this place. Like a few others have said, I really struggle with reviewing this place but here goes... When we were here, we just did not have a good stay. We stayed in...

Thank you very much for your stay. My Grandparents built the motel in 1947 and we have guests who come back year after year after year, because I try and preserve some history. One couple will return this year making it 44 years they have returned every year. I am proud of our reputation of quality service and making people...

I did not want to write a review when we first stayed as the owner told us he had just lost his wife. We stayed one night because of that..however the room was very, very shabby. The outside door offered little to no security...perhaps a closet door. The room was dingy and small. The "kitchen" had a tiny fridge w/half...

First of all -- if you want a 5 star hotel -- do not stay in Manitou Springs. Every motel, and I do mean old school motel is a throw back era experience. All the motels are quaint in the area, but I like Dillon Motel the best. Super friendly owner and staff. Clean accommodations and located near everything, Old...

I am very use to staying in the Ma and Pa motels in Manitou. For a family on budget I was looking for wi-fi, a pool, air condition, microwave and fridge. I did much research and picked the Dillon because of its location and because it listed as almost 2 separate bedrooms for $64 a night. When we arrived the...
