Outdated, dirty, poor guest services ....an overall waste of money. Either ask for a privately owned suite or stay at granby ranch instead. I wish I would have read the reviews before we booked. Be prepared to do a lot of the room cleaning yourself...More

Any June can be hot even in Colorado and this timeshare didn't have decent screens to keep the bugs out. But for reasons I wrote in my review, I would never stay here, regardless of the air issue. It is a dump with rude employees and questionable clientele who live there full time in apartments. Stay somewhere else.

No kitchen in the units I have stayed in, but there was a water cooker and coffee/tea in each.
