Stopped in for a quick overnight stay and was very pleased with my experience. The rooms offer a classic charm. I was very impressed with cleanliness of the room/bathroom and the property in general. In addition to a great place to rest your head, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for any local advice on...

These rooms are dated, but very clean. The sign out front is classic. The walls are thin, but that's part of the charm. If you want to take a step back in time to the 1960s, this is a good place to do it. The wifi is really good and there are plenty of places nearby to eat.

Cute little motel. Small room but nicely laid out. Comfy bed, easy parking. Friendly staff. Bathroom very small. Definately an old hotel but we'll maintained. Old style radiator heater in room but worked quickly and quietly.

Thank you so much! Yes the motel is small, so we try and make things nice, clean, and convenient. We have a lot of skiers stay with us in the winter just because they do like the hot water heat. When it's cold outside, it works! Thanks again for your review. Please come stay again!

Nice hotel, clean and quiet with a friendly staff. Hot shower and plenty of towels/cloths. Easy reservation and good dinner recommendation for dinner(Mavericks). All in all more than I expected given the late call I made to reserve.

This is the type of Motel that gives you a feeling of being welcome. The Management was friendly and interested in our travels and needs. The rooms and properties were immaculate. Each room actually had accommodations in two rooms w/2 queens. Outside of the rooms was a wooden porch walkway that gave you the opportunity to meet and converse with...

I would like to thank you for taking the time to write us such a nice review. Lisa and Marc work very hard at The Trail Riders. They do the work themselves and do a very good job. When my husband built the boardwalk in front of the motel it automatically made it feel much more friendly. We have made...

Cute, comfy, clean and quiet! Located on the highway but amazingly quiet. Very welcoming decor, inside and out. Just like motels used to be. The owners are the sweetest and very accommodating. So happy they had a room available. We highly recommend this motel and will definitely return! I gave a 5 star rating but it really is a solid...

We rode in on a motorcycle and truly needed a comfortable stop. This place is very charming - not new, but quaint and clean. Loved the little dinette table and shelving for all of our gear. We got a room with 2 queens; one of them was in it's own bedroom - SWEET (my husband snores like a freight train!!...

Reasonably priced motel. Owners very friendly and helpful... provided rags to clean the motorcycle after a day of riding in the rain. Rooms clean/comfortable... with an old cottage feel, 1950's bathroom décor. Only complaint, no light near shower, and shower head is low.. probably shoulder height and I'm 5'11".

So happy you had a good stay! We try and keep our prices reasonable for our guests. Reading your review you must have been in room #6. I know because of the shower. We have two showers that are lower. I'm sorry you happen to get one of them. The rest are normal height. Lisa and Mark are great managers...
