Nothing fancy. Just the basics you need for a comfortable stay. Good location in Glenwood Springs. Breakfast was pretty much what you expect at this price level. The staff was very helpful. This is a good value

Checked in on 6/18/22, checked out 6/19/22. Got there 3pm on the 18th and went out to sites. Came back tired at night time straight to bed. In the morning, getting ready to check out, my daughter woke up with legs itching. Checked sheets and hairs on them and dark spots like bedbugs poop. (They said it was not poop). Went to take a shower and shower wall had lots of dried hair from previous customers. This means, they didn’t clean the shower. Pillow cases were smelly and long hairs on sheets. Room smelled bad but didn’t pay much attention to it since we thought it was going away after we turn on AC. We were told our room has Mountain View and all it had was old walls in front of our windows. At check out, we reported these incidents and the lady at front desk was rude to us. She said that that can’t be true because no one has ever have those complaints. In other words: we were lying according to her. She also mentioned that even if we make a complaint, nothing will happen and won’t affect them in any way. I complained to the manager/owner once I got back home. Explained everything, she replied apologizing and stated that she can’t do anything because we didn’t complain on our check in day. How was I going to complain when we didn’t noticed it since we came back to the place just to go to sleep? On top of all these issues, we were charged $243 for the room. Way above their regular rates. We got ripped off in this one. Anyway! That’s my story and I encourage you to read reviews before landing into this place. Not worth the money.

Great location, and friendly service, but the room was a big problem. A/C was broken (worked intermittently if we dropped the temperature down a lot). Bathroom fan was broken. Bathroom lock didn’t work. Kitchenette had no table, but did have two office chairs stored underneath the clothes hanger area.

Yes the outside isn’t new. Yes Others haven’t given not good reviews. But I travel throughout the USA &have stayed the gamut. You’ll be happy Family owned the rooms our very clean compared to others I’ve stayed at. They’ve done updates to stay up with the Jones. The VIEW is great to the mountains. Walking Distance to different things. I wish I could have stayed longer but I had to be flown back to Illinois to do my next Job. Having a mini fridge with Freezer is a bonus. Sitting on the balcony looking at it is great and they have a little rooftop to look out also. If I had more time coffee and a book would be perfect. And there old school. KEYS to get into the room. Not everything is perfect with stays but this stay will be great

Took my friend/roommate to have a casual but fun time in Glenwood Springs for his Birthday. We went up the mountain on the Gondola, went on a cave tour, watched a 4D short flick then back down, went to Iron Mountain hotsprings. And had great food and spirits the whole time!!

Cute, clean motor court. Large room. Close to freeway, Glenwood Springs pool, and pedestrian bridge to downtown. Well stocked continental breakfast included. Park at door. A great find and plan to stay here again. Good value for the price.

Nice front desk staff, others not as welcoming. Website shows a pool which they do not have. Rooms are clean and nice, but very standard. Free breakfast, but no meat, bare minimal selections, overall not up to par at all.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed overnight after a concert in Vail- would definitely stay again! The price was reasonable compared to other places. Breakfast was provided as well. It's very close to the downtown and all the local activities.

Comfortable, clean, spartan. We had but a one night stay and chose the Inn due to cost and proximity to walking trails and the Springs. Limited time for breakfast ending at 9 am. A good choice for value seekers! I have no more to say to get this to 200 characters🤓.
