This is a well preserved historic hotel. The staff are very friendly and professional. Teddy Roosevelt stayed her as did Walter Devareaux and many many famous and infamous characters of the last 120 years. Rooms are clean and quaint, a bit small but comfortable. The courtyard had a nice view while sitting in log rocking chairs and warming to the...

This hotel is very neat but the amenities fall short. There is no pool and no free breakfast. There is a restaurant on site, with a new chef. The food looked good but we didn't end up eating there during our stay. The wifi was decent. The rooms are on the small side, as they are original size. They have...

I cannot say enough about this hotel. From the check in to the check out AAAAAA+ all the way. Sam, Roxie and Vesse were amazing help through our stay. The rooms were nice and clean, nice beds and pillows, coffee shop and hair salon. We cannot wait to come back and visit in May. Thanks folks for a wonderful say!

Loved the historic charm, but very noisy guests. (No insulated walls) Made reservations a month in advance and did not get anything we were promised! Loved the location, close to downtown, hot springs, and tram to adventure park! Great restaurant, not a huge selection, but very good.

This hotel is historic and not modern in any way. This may put some people off, but I loved it. It has a lot of charm. I mean, come on, Teddy Roosevelt stayed here, how cool is that?! It was clean, cheap, and with in walking distance to many things. Though it is closer to the big old hot spring,...

Staff very friendly; atmosphere thick with history. Good food in hotel eateries as well as close to pretty much everything in Glenwood Springs. Quite relaxing and fun to pretend you are back in the early 1900s

The hotel elevator - there is one - is broken and we had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Then the restaurant was closed on a Wednesday night! Really?!!? When I attempted to complain, the manager was totally defensive and did not solve the problem or offer any compensation for my inconvenience.

The hotel is run down. It is in serious need of a remodel. Our room had black mold on the wall in the bathroom and red and black mold in the shower. Over the jacuzzi tub in our room, there were holes in the ceiling that had been stuffed with toilet paper. The floor molding near the shower was moldy....

After checking into the Glenwood Springs Hotel and finding our room tiny and claustrophobic, we ventured into the Hotel Colorado to see if we could find something with more space. Lynne was on duty and help us with a fabulous suite...The Molly Brown Suite...which was amazing and more than big enough for our party of four. Perfect for adults and...

The wife and I have stayed there three times in the last year and a half with the last being in March 2017. Great décor and history and we really like the balcony suite. Unfortunately, service lacks here. We heard the owners are trying to sell and this is reflected in some of the staff. Our room wasn't cleaned one...
