Cozy, Comfortable & A Frugal's Dream. Gorgeous Rustic interior. Had a Beautiful Mountain view. A/C & Heater worked well @ PM shut it off & opened the windows (on the 2nd flr). Family owned, front desk AM & PM were very friendly & helpful. Room & bathroom were clean. Linens smelled nice. Couch & King Bed Very Comfortable. Settable alarm...

We stayed one night at this inn at the end of our family vacay. We booked online on same-day short notice, and were pleased to find an affordable room in a resort town. Shortly After booking online, we received a call from who I assume is the owner, telling us that the room we booked was not currently available, after...

This was a very comfortable hotel at a cheap price. By far, the least expensive hotel that I could find in the area, it had nice amenities including a hot tub and a small lounging area. The king size bed was comfortable and there was a small sofa in the room. The TV was nice with lots of channels and...

For our visit to Frisco we were looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable and inexpensive lodging. Summit Inn delivered on all aspects. The establishment is family owned and maintained with pride by the owners. Decor is older. Breakfast is continental (Starbucks is literally across the parking lot). Price was unbelievably reasonable. Although it is close to the Interstate, noise was...

We stayed here for one night on our way from Boulder to Cortez. We had a family room with three double beds which worked out great for our family. The hotel was kind of rustic, the rooms were clean and they offered a continental breakfast. It was a good location about a mile from the downtown area.

Pleasant place to stay. Inexpensive, comfortable, clean, quiet and great for our overnight stop. Breakfast was scant, but enough to get us going for the morning. Beds were great as were the pillows. Staff was more than friendly as were the other guests.

My wife and I flew to Denver to visit my brother and his wife- and we spent two days in the “High Country” west of Denver before spending a week at their home in Colorado. After our flight, we drove to Frisco, CO where we spent the first night at the Summit Inn. While the hotel was of normal building...

My husband and I stayed at the New Summit Inn for 3 nights during an anniversary trip to Frisco and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was a great experience with friendly staff. It is locally owned which was a great bonus to us. The room: The hotel has a rustic feel with furniture made from raw wood pieces,...

We stayed here for several nights during a ski trip & were very pleased. This is not a fancy place, it's cozy & unpretentious. Location just off I-70 is great, very convenient to shopping & restaurants as well as all the Summit County ski areas. Breakfast was minimal but we had a fridge in the room as well as access...
